Hello,

41 yo here posting for the first time. On 13 weeks of Reta, began at 2mg/wk for 10 weeks and now on 3mg/wk. I started Reta at 250lb after lifting for 2 years, down from 268lb. I’ve lost 25lbs since starting Reta - now at 225lb. I lift 7 days per week, taking in 200+ grams of protein.

I don’t believe I’m going to increase my dosage from here and may reduce back down to 2mg. Currently also on TRT.

Goal is ultimately optimal health and looking great, with excellent mobility and strength for longevity and quality of life.

All health markers are in the green from blood tests for the first time in 20 years.
