Howdy Yall! đź‘‹ My name is Abel, glad to be here. I'm 59 years young, I am in the construction trade, I am a concrete pump operator in San Antonio TX. I started my journey in January 2025, due to pre diabetes and of coarse everything else that goes along with it. I was introduced to GLP-1 's from my eldest son he's been following the peptide community for my years. Well I started of with semiglutide and was going pretty well till the side affects kicked in, so unfortunately had to stop, started on GLP-3 in March and since have lost 27 lbs, no side affects feeling much better. I was recommended to this site by a friend and look forward to learning and sharing my weight loss journey this community. Thank you for being here
