Introducing team peptides: Elevating the Bar for Peptide Quality

We are thrilled to announce the formation of team peptides, introducing ourselves to our shared community, a community that is dedicated to informed discourse surrounding alternative market peptides.

Who we are:

team peptides is a gathering of scientifically-minded enthusiasts from a range of geographies, joined together by a shared goal: to elevate the standards of peptides available in the global marketplace. You may recognize the work of individuals who banded together to form team peptides from earlier posts. We have no financial stake in this project: team peptide’s expenditures come out of our own pockets. There is no business model behind team peptides and no plans to sell peptides or organise crowd funding for tests.

Our Mission:

Laboratory Testing:

We believe that consistent high purity, quality, and precise dosing is crucial for ensuring the safety and efficacy of peptides. As part of our commitment, we will periodically publish results from independent laboratory tests of peptides sourced from a variety of vendors.
We commission and pay for the tests, having no vendor affiliations, loyalties, or preference. You are welcome to use and republish the tests we commission in any way you like, including for commercial purposes. We request that you retain the markings of team peptides as the commissioning entity when republishing.

Promote Good Practices:
Standardization is key. We are strong advocates for the use of batch numbers, clear and transparent labeling, and other best practices that not only help in ensuring product consistency but also establish provenance. We will not stop advocating for batch numbers until they are so commonly applied that products without batch numbers lose consumer acceptance and marketability.

Vendor Accountability:
Through our testing and community feedback, we aim to shine a light on vendors that are adhering to best practices and produce high-quality products, while calling out those that do not meet the standards for which we are advocating.
We will publish comments on vendor communication and actions when mishaps or issues do occur. We recognize that mishaps and human errors are part of every long-term vendor/customer relationship.
Vendors that resolve issues swiftly and to the satisfaction of the customer will receive praise. Vendors that fail to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customer will be called out to warn off prospective buyers.

Education:
By providing solid, easy to understand documents for both beginners and seasoned researchers, we strive to mature the market to become safer, better understood, and less erratic. We hope you will find our posts of HOW-TOs, manuals, FAQs, lab results, and vendor reviews to be beneficial. Knowledge is power. The more informed we all are, the better choices we all can make.

team peptides will help to raise the bar in the peptides world. We understand the potential and the promise that peptides hold, and we believe that every individual researcher deserves access to peptides that are safe, effective, and of demonstrated high quality.

We understand that not every participant in today’s peptides value chain will welcome our mission and actions with unbridled enthusiasm. Such is their choice and right.

team peptides applies consistent branding to all our work products.
team peptides proudly owns up to the work we do.

For any questions, collaborations, factual corrections, or suggestions, please reach out to us here. Together, we can make a difference.

Here's to a safer, better, and brighter future for all peptide enthusiasts!

Thank you for doing this with a non-commercial footing. In my opinion some of the most import influencing factors in this community beyond safety, is reseller/vendor transparency, and unwavering accountability standards for resellers/vendors. Unless the community holds them to very high and strict standards of honesty, transparency, and business integrity--the research communities legitimate aims and goals can quickly be overshadowed and swallowed by human greed. Essentially turning things into another bullshit money grab and a race to who can capture the majority of the market and choke everyone else out--this outcome would be no better or different than what BigPharma is currently doing. It stifles competition, which stifles innovation, and eventually will remove any possibility of reliable breakthrough research with novel compounds, NOT what any of us I think would want as an outcome.

IMHO, we should ALL try to keep each other AWARE to exactly WHO and WHERE the resellers/vendors (both US and Chinese) are in any research communities forum, boards, servers, etc., any vendor that tries to game the system, or hides or even worse misrepresents their identity, should be excoriated and banned from all community access platforms and their commerce reputation should be marked with a scarlet letter for all to see so they can make informed decisions about exactly WHO they decide to do business with. For egregious behavior they should be permanently blackballed community wide, if we don't self police to keep things safe, honest, and on the level--I fear at some at point in the future "someone" else (Feds) will exploit that fact and use it as legal grounds to reach deeper into the research community world and do so.

Yes! Thank you! How can I help?

Hi, all. Several months ago, my doc gave me a link to a manual written by Team Peptides, titled something like, Tirzepatide, The Hidden Manual. I'm a doctor myself, and I found it to be more helpful than anything else I had read. Some other docs are asking if I can share the document with them, but unfortunately, it seems to be locked in an unshareable mode. Can anyone send me a clean link to the document? It's a few months old, so it may have been replaced. I'd welcome the most current link you have, if possible. Thanks in advance.

Would you by chance mean Tirzepatide - the missing manual?

I love the concept but I don't understand how this is financially sustainable if you are funding out of your own pocket?

A popular test site that I visit tests about 400+ peptides per year and doesn't even scratch the surface of the vendors and different offerings out there. At $300/test you could easily be spending $100k+ every year.

Is this a new group test site where all members participate in the cost of testing?

It's thread necro.

Team Peptides post is from over a year ago. I'm going to go out on a limb and say it didn't last long...
