Ipamorelin/sermorelin or IPA and CJC 1297?

Got a new peptides book that says you should stack the second combo rather than the first; if you use them, which do you use? I’m currently doing the latter but then was told the former works better. I’d like to know before I buy a kit of sermorelin.

I researched sermorelin/ ipamorelin stack. RS did not get lab work done post, so just feels from the RS. Lean muscle gains from better workouts. Weight loss, but also stacking Tirz and reta. Unfortunately, sleep did not improve. The biggest con is hunger even 2 weeks post research. I can't be 100% that it's the cause, but I have isolated it the best I could. RS is satisfied with results and would research again.

After reading more data on cjc / ipa, it seems to be the stack to go with for building muscle. I'm going to research cjc on my next order.

Any second we are going to get the "just get hgh".
 
I wondered the same thing and ended up taking all three in a blend. Am seeing good results in terms of body recomp and better sleep. My IGF-1 is 285, which is in-range for a guy in his 20s (I'm 58.) My doctor is supportive and impressed with the results. I'm cycling 5 days on/2 days off per his recommendation. I too suspect this increases my appetite, so I need to make an effort to make sure that's directed towards more protein.

What’s your goal? Going to be tough to beat 2-4IUs/day of HGH with peptides.
 
4IUs of HGH works great to get me at optimal IGF-1 levels as a 40yo male. Obviously if you want super physiological levels then you can go higher. Which is why I asked what the goal was.
 
Unless you're younger and your natural production is very high. 2-4iu is barely replacement dose for someone with peak production

There are poor and super responders but 3IU or 4IU is going to be supraphysiological for the age range for most people on here.

Sure, because it's a reasonable suggestion. You can fuck around with a more complicated setup to try and increase your own natural production, or you can just figure out how you respond and set a specific and consistent dose.

You'd be surprised how young some members are, but fair enough
