I see it’s a “less common” side effect so I’m curious how prevalent it is
It’s odd. I’m hungry but still fill up really fast so just a few bites I’m full but then hungry again really soon. Can’t say I love itYes it does cause me to be a bit more hungry than normal. I also have some GHRP-2. It is a GHRP like ipmorelin but much stronger. GHRP-2 makes me ravenously hungry. It also makes food taste incredibly good. I am at my desired weight now and sometimes I take it and go to the buffet. Last week I went a little too far. My food off switch was broken for 4 hours. For me cycling Tessa/ip has been great after lifting. Strength and muscle gains are definitely noticable. When I am not cycling it I can actually lower my maintenance Tirz dose.
How would you compare the hunger effect of Ipa vs GHRP-2? I have been noticing the hunger myself with my GHRP-2 and looking to switch to Ipa to reduce that because I read that theoretically it would lessen the hungerYes it does cause me to be a bit more hungry than normal. Ipamorelin increases my appetite significantly, just like Tesamorelin. How would you compare the hunger effect of Ipa vs GHRP-2? I have been noticing the hunger myself with my GHRP-2 and looking to switch to Ipa to reduce that because I read that theoretically it would lessen the hunger
Yea, I am also taking reta and notice the same thing. The GHRP-2 makes me hungry but once I start eating I feel full pretty quickly. I was hoping switching from GHRP-2 to Ipa/Tesa would reduce the original hungerIpamorelin increases my appetite significantly, just like Tesamorelin.
I take Retatrutyd to lose weight, every 2 days after strength training I take 300 mcg of Ipamorelin and 1 mg of Tesamorelin at night and I am very hungry. The advantage of Retatrutyd is that despite feeling very hungry, I get full quickly.
For me GHRP-2 is 5 to 10 times stronger for hunger. I just barely notice it with ipa. Tessa doesn't make me hungry at all but it raisees my pulse from 5-10 bpm. GHRP-2 is the second strongest GHRP (growth hormone releasing peptide) Hexarelin is the strongest. Ipmorelin is the most mild.Tessa is not a GHRP it is a GHRH. Compound Category Potency Hunger Impact Main Side Effects / Notes HGH (Synthetic) Hormone Extreme None High risk; shuts down natural GH; joint pain; insulin resistance. Hexarelin (Hex) GHRP Very High Low to Moderate Rapid desensitization; spikes cortisol/prolactin; heart-protective. Tesamorelin GHRH High None Best for visceral fat loss; can cause joint aches or blood sugar issues. CJC-1295 (DAC) GHRH High None Long half-life (days); water retention; "head rush" feelings. GHRP-2 GHRP High Intense Significant hunger; moderate cortisol/prolactin elevation. Ipamorelin (Ipa) GHRP Moderate None Very Low; highly selective; no effect on cortisol/prolactin. Sermorelin (Serm) GHRH Mild None Very Low; gentle/natural pulse; excellent for sleep and recovery.

If you have a specific metabolic goal (like losing 4 inches off your waist) and are under medical supervision to monitor your blood sugar, Tesamorelin is a more effective, albeit "stronger," tool.
