Is anyone using ARA-290?

They gave two options for water. And how to adjust Ph if needed for BAC. Thinking you are making this more complated than it needs to be.

Regarding efficacy, I have only used a single 30-mg vial so far. So nothing to report. The phase 2 trials were small but compelling, due to visual evidence of nerve growth and lower A1C.

Regarding recon, I try to use ARA that recons well with just BAC. Like I have used ARA from the vendor ZYH. But some other vendors fit that category as well, at least if it is buffered. I just don't know who they are offhand. ZYH is a vendor more for bulk sales (GBs and single-vial resellers), besides that their customer service is below average.

I have always used Hospira BAC. I didn't know there was a problem with ARA and recon. My last batch was from LN. When they are gone I need to find a new source because LN stopped responding. I am glad I saw this thread. I love ARA-290. It really helped my sciatica.

@OP - what questions do you have Same as the poster above, I used only Hospira BAC to reconstitute my ARA. I did have a COA for mine, I am not sure if it was buffered or not, but I had no issues with gelling/cloudy liquid after using Hospira. Kept it in the fridge after recon and no issues for the entire cycle (about 30 days). Loved it and did two cycles already. Definitely helped me with my nerve pain in one of the legs.

Just to add my 2 cents. I went off all peps, etc for about a month to reset my sensitivity and get a new baseline. I take reta and get allodynia with it and I have occipital neuralgia. In the last week and a half I noticed headaches blasting me again then realized i havent been taking the boat of BS to maintain. i forget about them when I am not in pain but am severely reminded my diagnosis is not for show when the pain comes back. Restarting soon. So for me, the ARA works

How would you know what the PH is? Like how can you tell?

You can buy pH test strips like these ($3.99 for two). I would recon the ARA with bac water, then draw a tiny amount with a syringe. Drip a drop of it onto a test strip and compare to the color chart on the packaging. Then you could add something to raise or lower the pH as needed. Keep track of your data so it will be easier to recon the other vials from the kit.

I am not trying to be rude, just trying to help. That first thred answered all of the questions that you are asking.
That is my thread! So happy you read it!
I started it for exactly what you’re asking! There is not enough ARA-290 research sharing!
Awesome answers here for Ph testing and recon. Strips work very well.
The reason there is confusion to recon is that certain source ARA-290 will gel if only Bacwater is used.
Not all.
I just added to my thread the human trials recon blend. It’s a simple PBS with target 20 Mmol concentration.
Please keep sharing your adventure!

There are several resources for acquisiton! While more expensive, USA shipped with COAs.
Would love to hear more about your success!
Also, I am an ultramarathon swimmer! Love your handle!
