Yo guys genuine question.

a few years ago, most people seemed to use BPC-157 or TB-500 when they actually had an injury to recover from. Torn ligaments, nagging tendon issues, martial arts injuries, surgery recovery, things like that. Now it feels like they're in almost every stack.
I see people in their early 20s with no major injuries running BPC-157, TB-500 with their GHK-Cu and calling it a "GLOW" Some stay on for months straight

Maybe I'm missing something, but what's the actual goal?
I'm 26, have done martial arts for years, had my share of injuries and can understand using them when there's a specific issue you're trying to recover from.
But when healthy people with no obvious injuries are taking them year-round, I start wondering:

Is everyone secretly injured? Are people using them as a preventative? Has it become more of a trend than a tool? Or are there benefits I'm unaware of?

Not trying to hate on either peptide. I'm genuinely curious where the community stands on this now, because it feels like BPC-157 and TB-500 have gone from "injury recovery peptides" to Vitamin D supplement level

Running it with GHK. I ran GHK alone for 6 weeks and saw great results. Added in wolverine and I see no difference.

Although, when I have an injury ill move my wolverine injection site close to the injury and it will feel better after a few days. So moving forward, I am only going to use it when I have an injury or nagging pain. Seems like a waste to me to run GLOW when GHK alone is effective for me.

It really does so much more than just injury repair.

I put my youngest son on BPC157, he is schizophrenic.
After a week he told me he never wants to be without it, it made his brain feel "sturdier"...I have noticed significant improvement from his negative schizophrenic traits (negative in schizophrenia means things he stopped doing), like being more social.
He tells me he can concentrate better as well.
I ordered a 5 year supply for him and showing him how to order on line from a reseller, incase I am not around (he has a learning disability as well).

I took it (BPC157 and TB500) as well for an old chronic injury. I cycled off and realized it was doing much more in my body than I was realizing. It was helping my joints and I didn't realize it because the effects were gradual and subtle. I usually pair it with GHKcu, sometimes KPV, but I don't do blends

The thing with your youngest son sounds interesting, is there any foundation for that specific situation or is it just trial and error, because I've never heard of that use case

They have done some lab studies on rats with schizophrenia (how in the hell do they make rats with schizophrenia I don't know)...I stumbled across that study somewhere.

We talked to a doctor over the phone, I didn't want to add anything that could make his situation worse, but was assured that BPC was well tolerated and basically the worst that would happen is absolutely nothing....so we dove right in. About a month later we added Selank, he says he isn't sure he is noticing anything with that, but we'll finish up the vials and when he cycles off we'll see what happens.

They also did some studies with methylene blue...so we've added that as well.

We sit around the table looking like drug addicts in the mornings 😆

I mean, anything for the family, right?

Honestly, at this point I trust some of these compounds more than a lot of pharma medications. But you guys in the US can get prescribed so many peps. Here in the EU, some doctors would practically kick you out of the office if you told them you're taking peptides, because they are very uneducated in the "newer" stuff and don't go for further educations if not necessary

I took BPC-157. Solid and actually helpful. Sat on a kitchen counter for 1 year before I took it. It def did help.

I am trying CART20 although.

I think BPC/TB is wayyy over used especially in the glow stack.

I try and save BPC/TB for when my body is actually needing to recover from aches and pains etc

Just used it when injured. Was great. Keep some on hand in case I get an injury. I would never just blast it for the sake of blasting it.

Over 40 now so pretty much everything hurts when training 4 days a week 🤣

Ive started taking BPC as i have colitis so more of a goal of helping gut inflammation and got KPV on the way so if it helps that it will be a more permanent. Already seeing some improvement in shoulder pain which has hampered chest day for as long as i can rememeber.

Great info here I'm only on Reta now but look wean back and go to healing peps with a stack for work outs. With a spinal fusion osteoarthritis in the knee, now the left shoulder, I eat ibuprofen like pez. My neurosurgeon ruled out shoulder pain was still nerve damage. My gets 3 hyaluronic acid shots over 3 week span. From what read here I think I can benefit with said peps especially a good stack.

Capsules or subq?

Planned on only when injured. But 38 yo veteran who lifts and mountain bikes, something is always tweaked. Right when I think I'm good, I have a bad crash lol.

I had an at the very least, strained Achilles tendon, I went to the dr, she said it wasn't damaged badly, but I should do pt. Well pt people never called me, it was the weird way I was going from crouching to standing that was doing it, so it was a repetitive injury. I had 2 weeks vacation about a month plus into the injury, I spent it with my husbands mom laying around at the beach, either on the deck or on a couch or bed, and it felt better, but was still there. Back to work, it was immediately back, that went on for another month maybe. I got some bp157 and tb and tried that, it was gone within weeks, and I kept using it the whole cycle, and it’s been gone ever since. I recently bought them separate, to use in the future when needed.

When i've been doing manual labour in the garden or lifting heavy things or something and I feel sore and think "oh i'll be feeling this tomorrow" but when taking them I actually don't - the recovery period for day to day exertion is reduced. I'm in my 50s so I appreciate less aches and pains. I'm not going to run it permanently though I was just doing a cycle along with ghkcu.

On a micro dose of Wolverine now, for gut issues and hip pain....3 days in I feel less hurt on my hips already...
250mcgs daily weekends off (with possible increase to 500mcgs week 3), .I'll cycle for 8-12 weeks (unsure now)

I have added BPC and GHK on my list for my next buy. I mean hey, if its available and works, why not have it in the arsenal
