Chaining together as protocols and running the body like an operations warehouse gets exciting because there's so many ways to approach this. Let us know if you go that route and how it works out.
I like the idea of getting to a maintenance level with reta and cycling through the cellular health protocol (NAD + SS/MOTS/SLU 18-22 week), GHRH/GHRP protocol (tesa/ipa 16 week), and repair (KLOW+Cartalax) ~12 week protocol. Viewing them in terms of strength, endurance, and hypertrophy block mesocycles one could potentially line it all up to build a very resilient body long term.
I'm still testing what works for me but my thinking is I'll end up pairing like this:
1. Muscular endurance blocks (15-30+ rep ranges primarily) pairs best with cellular health protocol from the performance increases I received from SLU...NAD and MOTS help a ton with energy so it fits.
2. Hypertrophy blocks (8-15 rep ranges primarily) do a lot of muscle damage so recovery is key, making this ideal to pair with my GHRH/GHRP protocol. I most have been enjoying tesa/ipa for sleep benefits, but I would tweak this specific to faster recovery turnaround.
3. Strength blocks (4-8 rep ranges) are punishing on my joints and tendons as an advanced lifter, making the repair protocol a good idea to run during this period so tendonitis doesn't take me out before I reach a planned deload.
It really has me thinking because I look at training and plan it out a year in advance; it would be neat to parallel that with the calorie cycling (I do it already, but would get better now that I have reta working for me), and then peptide cycling protocols for intelligent longevity focused enhancements.
