Is it time to switch to Reta?

I have been on tirz for a year, currently at 12.5mg but I have been up to 15mg. Was on sema for a year prior to that. Total I am down 76lbs but I still have about 30 to go. Weight loss has slowed way down (not that it was ever fast!). I am averaging 0.5-1lb/month now, but was previously in a 4 month stall. Considering either dosing tirz every 5-6 days or switch to Reta. Has anyone else gone through this? On one hand, I am happy with my slow and steady results, but I have also been on this journey for 2 years and I would really love to get to my goal.
 
Personally, I started last October on Tirz. Decided to buy some Reta on a black friday sale and started pinning it mid-January. My initial plan was to slowly decrease the Tirz and gradually increase the Reta, which I more or less did, starting at 1mg-2mg-4mg-6mg-8mg jumping every couple weeks or so and settling on 5mg of Tirz. I ended up going back to 6mg because I was losing pretty consistently but recently I have stalled out for about 6 weeks so moving back to 8mg. I pin Tirz on Friday and Reta on Monday.
 
Why not add a little Reta and see if it gives you the extra boost you need ?
This is the direction I’m leaning, but I have seen a lot of conflicting info on stacking them. They hit the same pathways, so might not make sense? That said, I see plenty of people stack them, too.
 
I stack them. I've been happy with the results and the minimal side effects (currently 7.5 tirz on Thursdays, just went up to 2 reta on Sundays. Started when I was on 5 tirz for like 7 weeks, added .5 reta and have alternated titrating some, but have just titrated reta the last couple of months.)

Quite similar here. I went up to 7.5mg on Tirz, then added Reta instead of titrating up.
My current GLP protocol is 4mg Reta Monday evening & Friday morning + 2.5mg Tirz Wednesday evening & Sunday morning.

I'm at a point where I am still losing weight but could benefit from a small increase of the Tirz dose. For now I try only to add some fridge and night out discipline to my stack 😜
I will probably reassess in a couple of weeks.
 
Similar place, I'm at 12.5 tirz but stalled, with a ways still to go. I ordered some cagri, hoping that may kick things back in gear. I'm already pinning Tirz every 6 days.
