Hey all —

I’ve been eyeing Survo and was originally going to comment on another post, but figured this might warrant its own thread because there’s a lot bouncing around in my head and I’d love some feedback from folks who are further along or experimenting.

So here’s where I’m at:
  • I’m currently on 15mg of Tirzepatide per week, and it’s worked well overall, but I’ve started to notice food noise creeping back in by mid-week.
  • I’ve been considering either:
    • Dropping back to 10mg of Terz weekly and adding 2mg of Survo halfway through the week, or
    • Eventually transitioning to Survo or Reta solo, depending on how it goes.
Now here’s the logistical rabbit hole:
  • The PGB Survo I’m looking at has a test date from August, which is making me nervous about degradation, especially if I’m not going full-send with dosing right away.
  • It’s also $100 cheaper than anywhere else, which sounds great until you factor in that the vials are 12mg, and the clinical titration schedule starts at 0.3mg.
  • I don't think I'd start at .3 but what should i start with if I'm supplementing an ongoing regimen… which makes me wonder, since it's at least 9 mts old now, how long the vial stays viable once opened, and how much would end up going to waste.
So I’m basically trying to figure out:
  • Has anyone had good/bad experiences with older test dates on Survo or, I guess, pep's in general?
  • Is a Terz + Survo hybrid worth exploring, or does that just mean double the side effects with diminishing returns?
  • Is starting Survo at 2mg (instead of 0.3mg) realistic if you’ve already been tolerating GLP-1s like Terz at high doses?
I’d really appreciate hearing how others are managing the crossover, storage/waste, and stacking strategies.

Thanks in advance!

There's no reason to jump in at anything other than a starting dose. Look at it's half life and tweak accordingly. I'd back off some Tirz so if there's any Survo feelz they stand out.

I've bought more survo from PGB than prolly any one person on here 6 kits
Does it work yes! would i stack it to another glp-1 yes and no
because its a glp-1 i would add cagri first then try survo on tirz
if you stack reta and survo you might get a little heart rate rush from both stacked( as what happened to me) and ive taken addy 60mg a day before for years.
survo is alot like sema but it does give you a little boost.

I started at .5 survo than moved up i take 3mg of survo every 2-4 days and tirz 15mg every 4 days
survo is strong sema and will back you up pretty good

Tirz+Cagri (Dual + Amylin)

• Tirz (Tirzepatide) activates GLP-1 and GIP, leading to strong appetite suppression and improved insulin sensitivity.

• Adding Cagri enhances the satiety effect, potentially allowing for lower Tirz doses while maintaining strong hunger control.

• Seems to lead to steadier energy levels without some of the glucagon-related effects of Reta.

Reta+Cagri (Triple + Amylin)

• Reta (Retatrutide) hits GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon receptors, meaning fat oxidation may be enhanced compared to Tirz.

• Cagri pairs well with Reta to reinforce appetite suppression, but some early data suggests Reta’s glucagon activity may increase energy expenditure more than Tirz.

• Some researchers note that glucagon agonism can affect lean mass differently, so it’s something to watch.

Tirz+Cagri seems to be a powerhouse for hunger control and insulin regulation, while Reta+Cagri might have an edge for maximum fat loss due to glucagon activation.

Honestly, I hadn't even really considered Cagri the same way I've looked at Survo. The immediate allure had been the benefits without the increased heart rate. Still though there is limited anecdotal evidence on Survo compared to what I've seen for others. I really appreciate the science based reasoning of this comment along with more anecdotal with your first. So thanks.
I went ahead and took my dose early last night (day5). It's just when I get to day three I start out with the food noise. I really want something that will compliment the Terz I have without excessive side effects. You mentioned, along with other people, that Survo really backs you up. Do you get that with the Cagri? Also, in your opinion, what dosage for each do you think that I'd probably land at after a bit of time to let them level off?

cagri gives me the runs more than survo clogging me up.
i think 1mg of survo is ok but i have gone as high as 3mg every 3-4 days on a stack
cagri is how much you can handle the side effects i did a whole 5mg in 48hrs just to see what would happen but i do 2.5 as a normal dose on a stack
