Is this normal?

I just got my first order and I was checking out some vials and then I saw that some vials the powder is sliding down if the vial is upside down. Is this bad? Did air got in or something? Because the other vials don’t do that

Yes it's normal, it doesn't mean air got in, it probably just got shaken a bit or something. Even with the vacuum being intact the pressure is uniform in the vial and there's no force keeping the cake there besides it sticking a bit to the glass

If you want to see some ugly vials search BFF, but even still their products are good!
