What is "safe?"
The drugs you buy from the pharmacy all have pages of warnings.
The companies that make the drugs have lied to us in the past. People have died.
Who knows what the truth is or not about anything?
But yes, BooneDonk is correct we all have to decide what is right for us.

I will tell you what I do, it not an endorsement though. There are others that think what I do is too risky. There are those that say I pay too much. But its what I choose for myself.

I bought from a US supplier that does their own tests. I have put my trust into those tests. I pay extra for that convenience when compared to the people who buy from Chinese based venders. I pay more even when you factor in the costs of testing. I'm still alive and my GLP-1 injections are working just fine.

I know that my journey started with a large telehealth org that simply asked me my height and weight and sent me a vial and some needles in the mail. Shortly afterwards I discovered a local rural med clinic in a small middle school in the middle of nowhere that sold me non-compounded tirz in syringes they filled while I waited after asking - asking - me my height and weight (I never saw them write this down btw). While that month was passing I came across Nexaph and ordered my first kit from what looked to be (because marketing is super duper effective to the unaware) totally above board, then I found my way to the grey.

Nowhere along this journey did anyone give me a prescription that I could legitimately take to a pharmacy. Not a single vial said Zepbound or Eli Lilly on it nor were either ever even mentioned.

And you know what I think?

I have extremely strong suspicions that every single source that I have had along this journey has been purchasing from the grey and upselling with or likely without testing.

I actually have far more faith in a couple of the GBs I've joined to do proper testing than I do with any of the well-marketed prior sources that looked oh-so legit.

I would just be scared i get sent rat piss and get sick from it thats what i would define as not safe

Yah i have actuay seen tons of people saying that everything is from the grey and they just slap their own stickers onto it and call it their own
Anyway in my country the only way for me to obtain reta is through the grey market and i would just be worried by not testing that they could overfill it and then i get my dosage wrong and it will give me some nasty side effects, or also just being sent rat piss instead

Everyone researching Reta is getting it grey unless you are in a manufacturer trial. It’s not available by prescription at all.

Oh, I doubt that venders would send us anything that would get us sick outright. That's too noticeable and would alert the authorities .. and worse hurt their reputations and the money would dry up. Not saying that it isn't possible .. just much less likely to happen than say .. getting something sent that does nothing at all.

Oh, you can pretty much count on it being a bit overfilled. I dealt with it by starting with half of the lowest starting dose used in the trials. 1mg instead of 2mg. I was fine. I tried 2mg for the last injection and I was not fine. Manageable, but not fine.

In the grey market you are in charge of your own dosage and you base your choices on the reaction you had from the week before. You are presumably using the same batch .. overfilling isn't much of an issue. I suppose it would matter when you go from one batch to a new one .. but again .. adjustments can be made and if you are worried about an overdose just reduce the dosage for the first injection in the new batch.

Of larger concern would be not getting the correct product at all. If it were not for the possibility of people testing what they buy I have no doubt that many venders would GLADLY give people sema instead of reta.

...and there is a lot of testing of very large group orders that are routinely tested.....the legitimate vendors do not stand to benefit at all from being intentionally underhanded.

However - I am very cognizant to only apply this logic to vendors who I have very thoroughly researched and have very thoroughly observed others with more experience than I thoroughly researching also because there are scammers aplenty also - and that's a horse of a different color.

If it was not safe you would be reading about our horror stories, instead you read about how much we brag about loosing pounds. Go for it, start low and see how your body reacts to it.

In today's market with all the forums, reddit, etc. (to alert people to issues) I'd be more worried about customs stopping your package than reconstituting your vials and blasting away.
