Is titrating up too fast unsafe?

17hr since the first 6mg dose.
Not a single symptom.

Onward!

@birdwhacker
"Eloralintide was absorbed with a median time to maximum concentration (tmax) of 72.0–132.2 h across the dose range studied "

The absorption time for elora was a lot slower than for any of the other GLP's, from 3-5.5 days, just in case side effects hit a bit later than you were expecting.

Hm... I had to use today a new Vial, because I have no idea what happened with about 0,4ml in my old Vial, that few days ago were still there. But even I didn't risk to increase the dose from 1.75mg to 2mg, because I had no idea what is realy in the vial. So I went save and kept the 1.75mg for now. And the next time, it going to be 2mg.

All future dosages will be side effect dependent.
So far, zero. I'll change course if need be.
Just curious (sorry if I missed it) have you tried any other GLP's like this?

I have been on sema and want to try reta, but I had to move up extremely slow on sema. I am assume the same if I try reta, but was curious if anyone else has noticed similarities.

This is EXACTLY the compulsive behavior I want to change by taking Tirz. Soooo you're gonna stop overeating by overmedicating? You'll find that the efficacy drops sooner than the lbs and then I guess you'll just add more meds and be the guy in here saying I take max dose of Reta and Tirz together and now I also take these 6 other peps too. Why man? WHY???? Slow and steady will work to get it off just like it did to put the lbs on. Doesn't sound right to say I'm gonna increase until I'm sick and that will tell me when to stop. Bad plan that will yield bad results.

One new guy to another...RESTRAIN YOURSELF! I just took shot 6 Wednesday of Tirz. I'm at .50 and I've lost 26lbs in the past 5wks by changing the way I think and what I put in my mouth. I haven't even started working out yet. I'm a big guy too. Started at 386lbs and I'm now 360lbs and I'm 55yrs old and 6'2". My habits have changed and my mentality has too. That is the true accomplishment. Binge pinning is likely just as bad as binge eating. Change your thinking and you will safely go through this process and never go back to the old ways of viewing food and thinking more is better with everything.
TYPO - I AM TAKING 5.0 MG -- THE USUAL AMOUNT FOR A PERSON ON WEEK 6

Only 1 month of Tirz @ the starter dose of 2.5mg.
Reta started immediately following at the starting trial dosage of 2mg. Currently at 6mg without any side effects. Down 22lbs in 7 weeks. I'll likely be at 6mg two or three more weeks and move up to 8mg. No reason to slow down in my opinion. Use this tool to it's fullest potential.

Some people do not like my approach. 🤷

You can do whatever the hell you want, I could give a flying flip. You're on the edge of losing weight to fast.
I wasn't referring to you. I was mainly taking about the Florida guy telling to the clouds up there. lol

I'm losing it slower now than I did on Keto 5 years ago. I lost 115lbs in 1 year.

Also, what's too fast? Who says what that even is?
I hear it all the time but no one ever says why or to what degree you should lose weight. With some sort of evidence. I think it's all bullshit. Losing fat, at any rate, is better than staying fat.
