Hey all,
New to the grey game and new to crypto. Set up an account with Bitbuy as it seemed to be the highest recommended and available in Canada. Setup was easy, easy to deposit money and buy crypto. But trying to withdraw it to a vendor's account has been impossible and a nightmare. Tried working with their support group, and while responsive, all they have done is grill me about the vendors personal information, and have now since locked my account so I can't do anything with it. Has anyone had success using Bitbuy to purchase their grey market stuff? My next plan is to just move my BTC into my Muun wallet and transfer them from there, whenever Bitbuy unlocks my account. Any help would be appreciated please!
