Hi,

New to this all so apologize if this is not being asked in the right place. I have been doing my own research and finding ways to make Chinese contacts. I have made contact with a couple, but they provided me independant lab reports. I was under the impression Janoshik was the go to.

Does not having a Janoshik test rule out the lab, or is that not important in the big scheme of things?

Thanks!

Not too important, in the big scheme of things. What's important is doing your own test with Janoshik to ensure you have a good product. Also, ask them about their mass and purity guarantees, and which labs they accept test results for.

Just be smart about it: search the forums and look for vendors that have been around for a while. Also check out the vendor reviews. Take everything with a grain of salt BUT, if you are just starting out in the grey market, start with known entities with longevity and reviews before venturing off towards lesser known contacts.

Also, don't put too much faith into any COA provided by a vendor. It's much too easy to game the system. For example, let's say that you are a vendor with 1,000 vials of Tirzepatide 30mg of unknown quality/purity you have to sell. What you do is you buy a known quality vial of Tirzepatide 30mg, send it off for a verified report, then add the cap color to your stock of unknown vials. Boom: you now have a verified report showing quality peptides, but no one has any idea if that vial in the COA is even from the same batch of your inevntory.

Your best bet is to connect with a known vendor and then, bite the bullet and send a vial for testing yourself. Outside of that, it's most likely all smoke and mirrors 🙂

Thanks! I saw a couple of adds on FB that linked to Chinese Whatsapps, but a couple provided non-Janoshik COAs. I thought that was a red flag when others seem to make that the standard.

Thinking I will stick with those who provide Jano upfront and send out a bottle for testing before doing any research with the product.

Cookie tracking is why you're getting those Assbook ads.

Thanks for all your insight! I had a longer post but since I'm new I think it's limiting my responses.

I hear you on the COAs though, very easy to test a good sample and tell everyone what they got is in that batch.

Yeah, stick with places you see or hear about here.
Yeah, exactly. And keep up with the new posts. Even the vendors most people used to trust like Nexaph and Uther aren't what they used to be.

Some vendors are more likely to be tested independently, such as by group testing groups or group buying (GB) groups.

Juat s a general life rule, I always assume that if a product was any good, they wouldn't advertise it on FB or Insta. It's likely not any good or even more likely a scam.

What I found is that very trusted providers that I deal with routinely advertise on Facebook and Insta. I wont say names but they are reputable and definitely legit. The ones I think are mostly scams are the advertisers on google search. Those I wouldnt touch. Just my experience.

There are always exceptions. The other concern is always, is it really them. I'm i big home gym person. I can't count the number of fake Rogue Fitness ads I have seen. They look totally legit and go to legit looking websites. If you didn't know Rogue's pricing and sale policies you would likely never realize that it wasn't their website. I have reported them and nothing ever seems to happen.

Interesting counter! Did you initially meet them via FB or IG or did you find out after you found them elsewhere?

No I had found them through networking way before they started appearing on my FB and Insta page. I think my site visits prompted their appearance. However, i wouldnt blindly trust a FB or Insta add so he’s not totally wrong either. Just saying that i wouldnt discount them automatically. Google searches i find super scammy.
