I'm interested in testing. Started 1 month ago at 0.5mg. 6ft 290lbs male. Had no appmall. For 2 days. Next week did 1mg. Then 2 and last week 3mg. Felt no appetite suppression so far. Scale hasn't moved down but I feel like my body comp has been changing a bit (I workout 4-5 days a week). Should I jump to 6mg this week?
