JEEP USPS delay

Made a purchase from JEEP on November 26th, received tracking on the 27th and everything was moving along until November 30 and ever since then it is stating that it is still in transit to the next facility and the date on that says December 6th and no movement since that post. I contacted Molly and she stated: the logistics company said that the products are currently being transported normally. And gave me 2 numbers to call to have them deliver my product. I have not called them yet but I will tomorrow.

My question would be has anyone else had this happen and still get their product delivered? I find that the USPS tracking numbers are usually useless but better then nothing.

Try running your tracking number in this website. It seems to track better than USPS own tracking service...

I am not saying there is not a problem, but lately a ton of my packages have been taking an extra 5-7 days to get here. I had a package last week that sat at the hub in St. Louis, an hour from my house, for 5 days, then got sent to Kansas City, then back to St. Louis. Then it was finally delivered 10 days after it made it to St. Louis the first time. Hope that wasn't too hard to follow. Lol.

USPS is an absolute joke. I am grateful for the service, but ANYTIME I have the opportunity to use FedEx or UPS, I do. I do not even care if it costs more money.

Try running your tracking number in this website. It seems to track better than USPS own tracking service...
