Does anyone have any vacuum issues on the Jeep batches? I’ve reconstituted 3 vials of mots-c back to back and none of them had vacuum. I’ve also had the same issue with 2 vials of Reta 10 from Jeep as well. Additionally looking at the crimp the it’s compressed differently than the vials from Jeep that do have vacuum seal.

Good question. I'll be following to learn. Is that moisture droplets in the vial on the left???

Yes, its peptide. These vials were already reconstituted and filtered into a sterile vial - this is what was left over.

I’ve not had JEEP product but while an evacuated vial is ideal it doesn’t necessarily mean sterility is compromised… but I still filter all my junk. Some vials have had vacuum and some not within the same batch.

I've got many products across many vendors and test extensively. I've had vacuum and no vacuum vials from the same kits with Jeep, YD, LN, ZJ, Uther, WWB... it happens. I filter everything I use even after testing it so I've never been bothered by it anyway.

We are currently extensively testing Jeep products on the test server though so any issues of safety will come to light through that if it is anything to be worried about.

I filter all of mine too, and they've been batch tested - just wasn't sure how/if it affected efficacy. It's my first time not having vacuum in 2 years, so I was not aware it was so common.

Reading a few medical sites and it suggests it doesn’t matter and both conditions are considered normal.

I've had this happen with other vials and I was curious if they were sealed off at a higher elevation than what I'm at. Figure if they're sealed at 1000 ft elevation and I'm at sea level (or approximate) that there would be about -0.5 PSI in the vial.

JP T30. I just reconstituted a vial and it did not draw the bacteriostatic water in. Did another and same thing. This is my 4th and 5th vial and all the others were obviously sealed.

Is it safe to use? In 18 months and 3 different vendors I’ve never had this happen before. I hate to toss but also want to be safe. I also don’t filter but am going to order supplies and start. Until reading here and saw it recommended did not realize it was a thing.
