JKL problems have you experienced this?

Placed an order with Lily from JKL on 4/31 from warehouse in Oregon. My order was small it was 5amino and semax. The tracking has said the same thing since 5/1. I messaged Lily yesterday and I have had a really hard time getting an answer from her. She just keeps saying I contacted logistics company. Won’t go into detail and I feel like she/he is playing games. Idk if I’m overreacting or not but I’d like to see if anybody has experienced a similar situation and how did you handled it.

It took 7 days to get the tracking number and then went 20 days with no tracking info updating and nothing but a couple reassurances from the rep. Tracking didn't update until the day it was delivered.

They are pretty quick. Wait a week you'll get it.
 
I've never ordered from them, but from what I can see, it's obvious that they move a LOT of kits and everyone seems happy. I have been considering them though, so please let us know how they handle this.
They aren’t handling it. Lily just keeps giving me the go around. The tracking says the same thing. I don’t see her making it right or doing anything to help. She was great to place the order but after I sent money was like talking to a wall.
 
Well, it's still within the time frame of delivery...so you may not be out.

I had an order that behaved similarly w/a different vendor. Showed zero movement for over two and a half weeks. Then suddenly the US Fedex receiving facility said they had it and it was at my door in two days.
 
My understanding is that when that happens it's because their shipper is waiting to send a full shipment. They send it to their shipper, and their shipper has to fill a whole container or containers before it will move again. Could be fast or could take a while. Then when that container gets to the states the individual packages continue on their way.
