1) Sending packages with fake postage which can get people in trouble.--- Before the packages are shipped from the US warehouse, we have already paid the shipping costs of these packages with the US warehouse, but sometimes there may be some weight differences in the packages. When the US Post Office conducts random inspections, there will be difference fees. These are rare things, but when this happens, you can ask us to compensate you for these fees. 2) Intentionally trying to get a customer in trouble by sending them a bad package they didn't order----First of all, we will not send poor quality packages to customers. This will only bring harm to us. All we want to do is to solve the problem and satisfy the customer. Just imagine, in this era of rapid information dissemination, if we send poor quality packages to customers, it will be a blow to our own product reputation. We expect to coexist peacefully with our customers like friends and will not do anything that will cause trouble for our customers. Thanks

Allegations saying we send illegal drugs, labeled and declared as such, to people in order to get those people in trouble with the government and customs. The allegations are false, unequivocally false. we have never sent any such labeled and declared illegal products to any customer's address. This is very strict in China, which is not good for SRY. No official proof has been provided demonstrating that I or SRY did such actions. Again, these are false allegations. You can rest assured, I nor SRY would do such things. we don't need to do that. Doing that would not be good for any company. There would be no useful purpose in performing such actions.
