Hello all!

Tomorrow 20Jun25 will be my first official week on GLP-1. First time reconstituting (it was nerve racking), but I got the guts to do it.

SW: 231 GW:175/180 --- I have already dropped just over 6lbs at 225.

First week has been pretty good, I have stayed active, been on walks daily, and work out..The food impression was very surprising. I did not realize it would just space it out. I normally would be snacking throughout the day, however whenever I looked at the snacks in my kitchen, my initial thought would just be "ehh". I have been drinking protein shakes, liquid IV and a ton of water.. I have been eating less because my second day I ate just a small portion and I was full for a few hours. I am just trying to further my knowledge on peptides from this forum. I am glad I found this place because reddit and tiktok isn't cutting it..

I noticed a lot of people on there claiming all of these shady websites or extremely expensive websites.. I am glad I found this forum because there are WAAAY better options on here, along with experienced users.
 
Yep; avoid Tik-Tok and Reddit for quality information. You're in the right spot to read and learn. Congrats on your great start.
 
There is a wealth of information here and plenty of people willing to share data.

It sounds like you are doing the right things and well on your way to developing a program that works for you. I personally did similar my first week with a focus on movement and diet and let the Tirz be my training wheels. After years of so-so results I was amazed it Turbo charged my efforts.

GLP, to me, is like a multiplier. It made everything I did work better.
SW 226 GW 185 ( i was conservative)
Breezed past the 185 to my surprise to a weight I have not had in 30 years with good nutrition, exercise, and good ole' Tirz!!
