Hi to everyone....just joined today, and just started my GLP journey in April (with Reta), and coming here for more information about peptides in general, plus what look like reasonable discussion without misinformation and flame wars. I am a very active almost 64 year old (lots of walking, purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu). LIke many of you, I'm sure, weight and feeling like I have a "normal" metabolism has been an almost lifelong battle. Even eating keto or carnivore or counting religiously and maintaining a calorie deficit, something was always "off," and it felt like those things didn't work for me the way they did others. With my short time on Reta, I feel like my metabolism is being fixed, and that my body finally responds in a proper way to the things I was doing all along (eating right and getting exercise). Anyway, Im happy to be here and looking forward to interacting.

Welcome! Definitely sounds like you were doing the right thing, just not having the right response. My goal now is to be more active because I can. I wish you well in your journey! There's much to learn here.☺️

Happy to have you! May I ask- why did you choose reta to start? That's an unusual (but not bad!) way to enter this sphere. 😃 I've noticed most people take the easy in with tirz! What have you the gumption to start with a triple agonist? (Kudos for jiu jitsu- I only made it a few belts in to ninjutsu so I know exactly how much work goes into a purple belt!)

I did a lot of research, and it just seemed like Reta is the King of GLPs. Also, I know they are in extended Phase 3 trials, no red flags, likely to be approved this year (or early next) so....why not start with the best?
