Hello everyone, Im looking for research information about ways to combat low libio from the use of retatrutide. I have seen many discussion about how GLP side effect causing problems with intimacy. Data shows the kisspeptin and PT 141 help with the arousal process. However data shown to be more beneficial with PT141. Looking for helpful information if anyone has information about these 2 peptides.

Can confirm the PT-141 subq injections worked while the troche (sublingual) pt141/oxytocin/cialis do NOT work for me. The side effects from the injection are: flushing in about 20-30 minutes after, makes my face bright red, that lasts about an hour. And then a case of the runs at 1 to 2 hours post injection. The other I noticed I started getting darker patches of skin and other brownish birth marks and skin dots darkened. Injections are recommend to once every 48 hours and no more than 8 per month. Effect kicks in at about 4 hours and seems to last 48 hours. Have not tried kisspeptin as that seems more growth hormone related but I am all ready doing tesamoreline/ipamorelin.

Man, descriptions of PT-141 always read like a morality play. "The sex was great, and I was punished for it with dark patches on my skin and gums, nausea, diarrhea, flushing and headaches." Or like the Little Mermaid; the old pre-Disney version, where the deal was that she got legs and feet, but every step would feel like she was walking on knives.

Get your testosterone checked. Calorie restriction can and will lower testosterone. Maybe try some HCG or Enclomiphene before jumping on oils.

What was the dosage that was used? Based on others replies it seem dark patches is most prominent.

started at 1.0mg, oh, and yea that came with a bit of nausea, but it eventually stopped after a few rounds, and then went to 1.75mg.

Did you have the same effect off 1mg?
mostly. but effect seemed to lessen as you got used to i, so went up. And a vial is cheap, it’s like $10/month. Don’t know why Friday Plans isn’t hawking this all over tv with “they’re trying to shutdown this legal loophole”

testosterone is probably the next go to level diffinitely dropped. However for the females. Its need a lot of medical attention as it does increase risk of breast cancer. That is a huge commitment to take this route. So I'll do more research on the others that was mentioned above. Hoping to find another pathway. Having mention this FDA did approve Vyleesi which came from pt141 but probably cost an arm and a leg cause it's under a copyright now.

Yeah OP I have been on it for a month (just took my 2mg) and that has not been a problem. I dont know if you are a bit older than I am but I suspect that may be an issue

because it is FDA approved, compound pharmacies can make it with an Rx. that’s how i tried the sublingual version that didn’t work for me — https://www.strivepharmacy.com/medications/olympus-plus-oxytocin-20iu-pt141-1mg-tadalafil-5mg
and the injections are also available but near the $200/vial cost. https://www.pharmacyandcompounding.com/compounding/bremelanotide-injection
go grey for the $10 vials.

It doesn’t come from PT-141. It IS PT-141. It’s the same exact thing.
