How are you guys dosing Klow80 (GHK-Cu / KPV / BPC-157 / TB-500 blend)?

I’m trying to figure out the most logical way to run this, but I keep running into the same issue.

My vial klow80 vial ~94 mg total according to jano

  • GHK-Cu ~59 mg
  • KPV ~14 mg
  • BPC-157 ~10.5 mg
  • TB-500 ~10.7 mg

Reconstituted with 3 ml BAC and filtered in a 3ml cartridge for my novodisk 4 pen

At around 15 IU per shot (0.15 ml), that puts me roughly at:

  • GHK-Cu ~2.9 mg
  • KPV ~0.7 mg
  • BPC-157 ~0.5 mg
  • TB-500 ~0.5 mg

That seems decent for GHK, BPC and maybe KPV, but TB-500 ends up being ~3.5 mg per week if used daily, which feels high compared to typical weekly protocols.

If I lower the dose to better match TB-500, everything else becomes underdosed.

So my question is:

How are you guys approaching this in practice?

  • Are you anchoring dosing around GHK-Cu and just accepting the TB-500 exposure?
  • Running it daily or spacing injections out?
  • Or just avoiding blends like this altogether and using separate vials?

Feels like this mix forces a compromise no matter what you do, curious how others are handling it.

Just to be clear, that protocol in the link preview is WRONG lol, it is the first comment when u click the link that has the correct info

I personally am following the info given by Anela in the comment, which is basically to center the reconstitution and draw around getting 2mg of GHK-CU and letting the supplemental peptides fall in line from that

Also fwiw the dosing protocols on pep-pedia for TB-500 mostly range from 4-6 mg/week, and there aren’t really any side effects specific to it so 3.5mg/week shouldn’t be an issue

I dose off of like it says on the label, not the COA report, that's my comfort level. If your just starting out new supplier, vial etc, low dose for a few days and see if you have any reactions or anything weird happens. All of those peps are really safe, you certainly can over do it like anything else and not get the full benefit of it and burn out your androgen receptors. The GHK-cu, would be the one to worry about at high doses or long term use. If you take it for several months, look at supplementing zinc whilst your on it. To much Copper can leach the Zinc in your body. A 80mg bottle of KLOW will last me 20 days, I'm running 5 bottles then cycling off. I'm taking 20mg of Zinc daily (I take extra Zinc in winter anyways) to be on the safe side and getting blood work done in a month or so.

I’m also taking zinc supplement fasted in the morning while I’m doing the KLOW protocol

Can Klow cause a rise in blood pressure, btw? It shouldn't, right?
