Hey Folks! I have been doing research on how to properly implement a KLOW cycle and I'd like to hear other people's thoughts, experiences, warnings, etc. I wouldn't be taking it for hair loss. If anything my hair is thicker than my ideal, genetics for the win there. I'm looking into skin remodeling and gut health as I lose weight.

Currently 60 days in on sema. SW 330 CW 310; averaging 2lbs of weight loss a week. I hydrate (2 liters or more per day). I consume lots more protein than before, shooting for 200g but steadily consuming 120g at least, because food is hard mmmk.

Things I've heard-
  • check IGF first
  • dose off GHK-cu
  • add oral magnesium (okay, which form and why?)
  • add oral zinc (okay, same question as magnesium.)
  • take oral collagen (okay, seems obvious.).
  • pin every day/pin 5 days on 2 days off
  • be mindful- it hurts and will bruise (rotate sites)
  • using a pen mitigates pain and site reactions
Did I miss anything?

I personally am not a fan of GLOW/KLOW. I've tried them and I think they do work, but I think they work better when taken separately. There's an argument that BPC and TB are fine together (even then the dosing schedule and half-life are totally different for the two) but when you HAVE to take GHK-cu with them, it gets really annoying after a while. There's also a good argument to be made that the dosing schedule/doses are different enough that they shouldn't be combined. And is there a reason you're wanting to add TB and KPV to this protocol when you're only after the gut health benefits? From what I understand BPC is what fixes the gut health.

After recently having to finish a few vials of GLOW, I've learned I prefer my GHK and BPC to be separate from each other. GHK can really irritate the skin and sometimes I like being able to take a break from it but want to still continue with the BPC.
