Hey Folks! I have been doing research on how to properly implement a KLOW cycle and I'd like to hear other people's thoughts, experiences, warnings, etc. I wouldn't be taking it for hair loss. If anything my hair is thicker than my ideal, genetics for the win there. I'm looking into skin remodeling and gut health as I lose weight.
Currently 60 days in on sema. SW 330 CW 310; averaging 2lbs of weight loss a week. I hydrate (2 liters or more per day). I consume lots more protein than before, shooting for 200g but steadily consuming 120g at least, because food is hard mmmk.

- check IGF first
- dose off GHK-cu
- add oral magnesium (okay, which form and why?)
- add oral zinc (okay, same question as magnesium.)
- take oral collagen (okay, seems obvious.).
- pin every day/pin 5 days on 2 days off
- be mindful- it hurts and will bruise (rotate sites)
- using a pen mitigates pain and site reactions
