KLOW Recon.

So, recon is 4 ml/80 mg for me. I like to work in 10s, 20s, 50s and 100s.

I always move to another vial, because I’m a filterer. Only time I do 1 mL/5mg if something requires less than 200 mcg/pin. I prefer not doing just 1U, unless I start using a pen.

Edit: Titration for me was 10U first 2 doses as tolerance test. Then 15U for a week, 20U 2 weeks, 25U 2 weeks, and I now stick with 30U, PM. And a zinc supplement AM, since copper and zinc fight each other.

What type of filter do you use for klow? Any klow specific filtering advice/best practices would be great.

Did you mean 3.25 mg? 3.25 grams is 3250 mg.
And .65 g is 650 mg. That is a hell of a lot of KLOW

If I did that much, I'd feel blue.

I am doing a KLOW 80MG recon. I’ll be using 3ML. Sounds like I could do 4ML. Just curious if current or previous users could tell me what the best recon is?

I do

• 3mL of BAC water
• 10 units = 1.667mg/333mcg/333mcg/333mcg
• 12 units will deliver 2.0mg/400mcg/400mcg/400mcg.

Never pain/irritation and I put the 3ml in a pen 👍

Did it with 3ml, no sting for me. Maybe im just lucky

Same … it’s great. We started with GHK-Cu first and that stung pretty bad. We tried all the online remedies but only adding like 20-30 more units of Bac water helped 🤣

3 mil of BAC, I rarely get any reaction. If I do it is because chose to jab a little further away from the "prime" spots. I started at 4mg which is 15 units, probably too high but here we are!

Typical 80mg KLOW blend here. 5 days-on 2-off per week. Titrated up to 30 units/day 5 days a week. Do people usually cycle this or running continuously?
