Klow?

I take 5 mg in the morning daily. Like the others said I took at night the first couple times and it affected my sleep. I was fortunate no issues other than that. It didn't hurt in any way or sting one bit.

I really need to switch mine to the mornings. I take 4mg every night and the first week it gave me the most vivid dreams which were actually kind of cool but I kept waking up throughout the night to use the bathroom. I’ll have to try switching it up to the mornings. How long is your on/off cycle?

Good advice.. I did all this with the exception of extra BAC. The game changer for me was switching to 1/2inch pin from 5/16inch.

Seems like the little bit of added depth helps the pep evade some of the mast cells that cause ISRs. At least in my experience.
I only use the 1ml needle, the auto pens i believe don't cut the depth under the skin and i get brushing from the pens, also you really know the injection worked and went in properly

Just chiming in here with my own experience & approach. After reading this thread I started KLOW using the following protocol, and after 1 week, have not had any issues with ISRs etc.

Reconned 80mg KLOW with 3ml BAC water.
Using 31 gauge 5/16" syringes.
Injecting in the morning in the upper glute (alternating sides).
I was aiming for 2mg GHK-Cu so went for 3.2 mg total, or about 12 iu. The first couple days I just did 5 iu to make sure I didn't have any issues (I didn't). Titrated up to regular dose on day 4 and all good from there.

Too early to say anything about the overall effect, but I have taken BPC/TB in the past and found it noticeably improved digestion / bowel movements. I am already seeing that again on KLOW, not surprisingly.
