After researching KLOW and deciding it isn't for me. It looks like KPV alone may help with some of my issues without the same risk I am avoiding with KLOW. When I ordered, it was recommended to pay for faster shipping since it is more delicate than Tirz, the only other thing I am researching.
That got me thinking about what to do when it arrives. Should I put it in the fridge immediately? Should I freeze some of the vials that won't be used for a few months? Any special steps to be more gentle with it when reconstituting and filtering? Dosage? I am seeing a starting dose of 500mcg daily and eventually up to 1mg. That would mean my 30mg would last 2 months. Is KPV hardy enough to keep in the fridge for 2 months if I am willing to risk using it for that many pokes? Do I need to cycle it off or if it ends up helping me, can I use it indefinitely? I know I am not ready to use it yet with so many questions. I am not in a hurry and appreciate any guidance.
