I am seeing on this test several different mg and percentages. Not trying to be dumb but I am assuming that they tested 4 different vials and each contained the amounts shown correct? And if that is the case when I am using a pep calculator should I just round up the number to say 12mg to make sure I don't use too much? and if so is there a calculator that I can input the number manually? I know of one calculator but it only lets you pick from round numbers like 10, 15, 20. Thanks for your help.

Does look like I did this right?

I picked a dose of .5 mg ( want to start slow) I picked 10mg for the vial size (what was on the bottle). And added 1ml of back. It’s stating the vial would have 20 doses in it.

I know I need to watch some YT videos to get this down but I would like to at least make a purchase to have some ready when I’m ready to go with my starting dose.

That's perfect! As you want 1/20 of the 10mg
You might consider using 2ml of Bac to give you a bit more Bac per dose and also a little more accuracy. Just my personal approach tho...

I'm thinking you'll be using that 10mg kit for a while? 2ml of Bac will be fine. Just adjust your draw when titrating up. 🙂

I would stick with 2ml for this vial. Based on your starting dose of 0.5mg, you will pin 10 units.

If you only reconstituted with 1ml of bac, the 0.5mg dose would equate to 5 units which IMO is too little volume to pin the dose accurately.

I like to work with volumes in the 10-30 unit range. I have done 50 units but it is a lot given how much fat I have lost.

That math is right, but consider this: when you're reconstituting for a dose that's 5 units, and accidentally dose 6 units by mistake (which is easy to do), you've overdosed 20% of what you intended.
I aim for 20 units for any dose, regardless of strength. Five and even 10 unit doses leave little margin for error, especially if you're using the alibaba pens. If you're using syringes, I hope you have the .3mL type. Measuring five units on a 1mL syringe sounds like a special kind of hell.

I also highly recommend the DREGS suite of peptide calculators. The reverse calc is my favorite. That allows you to set the number of units and the dose you want and it works the rest out for you. DREGS is a genius.
