Looking to create a libido stack. I've always had a somewhat low labido and it's practically non existent now on reta. Wife needs attention. What can we do here?

HCG ideally requires vigilant monitoring of test, estrogen, hematocrit, etc. with some baseline testing before use.
A 10-mg vial of PT-141 can be bought from some reasonably priced single vial sellers, when in stock for less than $2 a mg. The "standard" dosing is for women, not men, who can start at maybe 0.5 to 1 mg. Delayed starting window sometimes of 6+ hours or more. I like microdosing PT-141 sometimes just for an overall mood boost.
Alternatively, Cialis 5+ mg daily for libido boost or nitric oxide boost for endothelial function, blood pressure support, etc.
Combining any of the above can increase risk of priapism, but antipsychotics and Trazodone can have surprising risks for priapism.
Oxytocin is more fragile than HGH, and I have no personal knowledge except for recon issues with the one vial I tried so far. I probably forgot to use a vent needle. Lots of unhappy customers due to extremely short half life. "Crap and nap."

At our house we’ve had great success on both sides of the conjugal equation. Wife got HRT pellets, combo of estradiol and testosterone. Also has daily troches (like gummies that dissolve between cheek and gum) containing oxytocin and sildanifil (Viagra). I’m doing 25 mg test and 10 mg Cialis daily. Also have some c@@k bombs in reserve.

PT141 for the libido can be amazing but dosing takes a while to sort. As does timing, for me it takes several hours.

Bremelanotide (PT-141) is an actual FDA approved drug for menopausal women. It works great for men and women. Standard dose is 1.75mg. I've has success with 500mcg up to 1.75mg. Just depends on how long you want to "play". It takes around 4-5 hours to start working for me. It's a great weekend peptide. Make sure you don't have any plans to leave the house lol.

Can microdosing pt 141 work for like, supporting daily libido/interest? Or is if fast acting like sildenafil where you plan for it?
Have you had you test levels checked? TRT and daily Calis did more for me than anything else. Not sure hold old you are. But if over 40 it's a good idea to have it checked.

I like Cialis better than Viagra. Got both (plus CB’s for emergencies) through SSA Ada (before That happened) for a great price. When these run out, what to do, what to do?
All of the dosing guidance I’ve seen says to use it no more than twice a week to avoid receptor desensitization.
Amazon has it pretty cheap.

As needed. No more than 1 dose should be administered within 24-hour period. Administering more than 8 doses/month is not recommended. -Per Vyleesi. But people micro dose MT2 which has the same effect just muted. YMMV.

PT-141 is on my list too. Haven't tried it yet but everything I've read about it sounds promising. Good thread, saving this one.

I've seen the Cock bombs on some price sheets. They always crack me up. Don't have a need for it yet, but good to know that in the future I can set off a couple bombs then go to town!

Yes, MT2 works on the same MC4R receptor as PT-141. Basically (in a crude simplification), MT1 + PT-141 = MT2. The MT1 portion drives the skin pigmentation changes and the PT-141 drives the sexual functions and MT2 does both. If you want both, you take MT2. If you only want one or the other, then you take the fragment of MT2 (either MT1 or PT-141) that acts on the receptor associated with the desired effect.
