Lipo-C with B12 Crystalized ??

I got Lipo-C with B12 from Depris and after taking it for a week or so I have now noticed it is crystalizing in the bottom.
(It's being stored in my refrigerator door along with my other peptides)
I emailed them but I have not received a response and all sales are final.

❓My question is, why does this happen and do you think it's ok to still use it?

It’s normal. It’s still ok to use. Lipo-C should be stored at room temperature, even after puncturing. The crystallization is the Amino Acids. They should redissolve once it warms back up. You can hold it in your hand for a while, run it under warm water, etc.
