LIPO-C with NAD+

Hallendale is a pretty good value @ ~$50 for 30ml, I just wish they used meythl B12 instead of cyano. I have a full vial and will use it but probably won't order it again.
The one I get from Groupon is the 10 ml vial. I haven’t seen the 30 ml vial being offered at that price.

Mine was looking pretty brown this morning too. It is still more than half-full though so I will continue to pin it for now.
I am pinning mine tomorrow. You are saying the color has changed? I wonder if there is just an issue with all of these with NAD now...

Has anyone made their own NAD+ solution with powder and BAC water? I had a hard time dissolving 1,000mg into 10mL BAC water and don’t know if it’s ideal for me to be injecting 30-100mL of spicy liquid every time.

I do have DMSO. Any ideas for enhancing bioavailability?

What's DMSO?

I do use nad+ 500mg which is already buffered. I use 3ml BAC. It starts off thick, but it's normal now. So far no sting. I keep mine in the fridge; no gelling up, but I hear people keep it at room temp in a cool place.

Hmm… Did your 500mg in 3mL take a long time to dissolve? Maybe if I had purchased buffered NAD+ it would have made a difference. I just got the 10g “sublingual” powder from science.bio.

DMSO is a potent solvent I believe people often use to apply dihexa peptide topically. It’s used for transdermal delivery of certain substances and holistically as a muscle & pain relief treatment.

My NAD+ is 500mg buffered as well, i don't remember any issues with it dissolving. You might want to test the PH and use sodium bicarb and if low bring it up to something at least >4. From what I understand, when adding SB you need to vent the vial because it may bubble up.

im kind of side eyeing kimera now for even trying to mix the NAD with the other ingredients that need to be stored at room temp. Everything I'm seeing and reading says refrigerate NAD. Pharmacies that offer it and post their directions online say refrigerate it.

I even saw one doctor say that its extremely fragile and will start degrading after mere minutes out of the refrigerator. Idk how true that last part is, but if even a little bit true, I'd think its better off in the fridge.

I’ve had several vendors tell me it needs to be refrigerated. All the vials from different vendors that I didn’t refrigerate went to shit quickly. I have a vial of plain NAD+ that has been in the fridge since I got it and it’s fine.

Ya, so you'd think kimera would know that and not try to combine all those "ingredients" together and not tell us to store it at room temp. Glad they gave us refunds at least but I wouldn't order from there again (personally).

I'm still reading this thread (about halfway through), but I also had trouble finding Lipo-C that I liked so I am reaching out to a few companies about a custom formulation that would also include other ingredients that encourage fat metabolism.

I'll let you all know how it goes.

I got lucky! I bought Pegasus in Sept. and no issues with mine at all. And I keep it at room temperature! My favorite thing to pin.

Where are you guys getting NAD+ that is already buffered? I've been looking and haven't found any lyophilized powder that specifically says it's buffered. I'd rather it not sting, and I failed Organic Chem lab once, got a C in regular Chem lab, so I am not about to try adjusting pH myself.

I reached out to Kimera after requesting replacement of my crystalized vials and they said store at room temp (cool dark place).

Peptide Crafters also sells Lipo-C and their site says:
  • Temperature: Store at a temperature between 68°F and 77°F (20°C to 25°C).
  • Location: Keep away from heat, moisture, and light.
Hallendale does not include storage info on their site.

I was referring to LipoC blends that have NAD + added to them. Not just regular LipoC.
