Anybody here dealing with long Covid and or ME/CFS? I am bedbound in a dark room because of them. I have been seeing great results from heroic doses of ss-31 (50mg) twice a week. Trying to figure out how to optimize this situation biologically (supplements, other peps, etc) and financially/logistically (working towards bulk buying from overseas). If anyone is on a similar journey I’d love to connect over it.

I’m quite familiar with the Yale LISTEN Study on the PVS side, similar symptoms to Long Covid except there’s more cancer (especially colorectal), neurological damage, heart conditions and autoimmune disorders. In clinical studies we’ve used Thymosin-α1, Aviptadil, LL-37, Thymosin-β4 fragment (BPC-157/TB-500) and Selank/Semax.

The designer peptide SPIKENET is still in preclinical trial, looks promising but you have to be enrolled in the study once they move to human testing to get access. It works by preventing the spike protein from binding to the ACE2 receptor and CEACAM1, thereby inhibiting viral entry and reducing severe inflammation, oxidative stress, tissue edema, and mortality.

There’s been great results with Ivermectin, Nattokinase, Bromelain and Fermented Curcumin in lab for both Long Covid and PVS.

There are billions set aside for those suffering from PVS, may have something similar for long COVID sufferers, at some point. Those involved in the studies are first in line for compensation.

The good thing is out of the hundreds of peer-reviewed studies, there’s a consensus, devoid of political affiliation. Enrolling in the studies gives you unlimited free access to the best medical care on the planet. 🙂 https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC10452662/

I had long covid symptoms for 2-3 years, then they mostly went away summer 2023. They tend to come back for a few weeks whenever I get a new covid vaccine. Both my PCP and cardiologist told me I probably shouldn't get the mRNA vaccines anymore. ¯\(ツ)

Interesting, thank you for this information. I was just wondering if something like spike net existed so I’m glad to hear it’s in development.
