Hi everyone! I’m new to the forum but not new to the GLP-1 life. I was previously on the name brand tirz for about a year with the savings card and had incredible results—lost over 90 lbs and experienced a massive reduction in food noise and cravings. Life-changing! Lost the savings card, maintained a while, then got pregnant and maintained well during pregnancy buuuuuutttttttt.......postpartum 🥴

I’m now getting back on track since I'm finally done breastfeeding and after paying way too much for reta I've finally found my people. I’m focused on sustainable fat loss, metabolic health, and appetite regulation. I’m also exploring mitochondrial and neuroprotective stacks like MOTS-c and SS-31, so I’m in this for the long haul and thinking ahead.

Planning to purchase a good chunk of reta and a few other things and really appreciate learning from all of you here. Open to quality vendor recommendations, feedback, or insights from anyone who’s run longer-term cycles or stacked with other support peptides.

Glad to be here and excited to learn and share!
Thanks! ☺️

thanks everyone! just to reveal that mistakes happen sometimes...i feel like such an idiot. I accidentally have been dosing double what i thought! I purchased from paramount pep and simple pep before going full grey and they were different dosed vials so i wrote out all my calculations for both vials...one being 10mg/ml and one being 5mg/ml. I started with the paramount vial that was 10mg/ml reconstituted....well for the last 6 weeks i've been looking at my calculations for my 5mg/ml vial. So i thought i was taking 1.5mg for 4 of those weeks, then last 2 doses thought i was on 2mg. turns out I was taking double that just looking at the wrong effin chart. I'm so annoyed and im super naseous today. Im pissed because I thought it would be a long time before I ever got to 4mg... i also am disapointed that i need a higher dose than i thought I would to feel strong effects. I responded so quickly and so well with the name brand tirz but wanted to go very slowly with the reta, only increasing by like .25-.5mg when needed. But now I think my current goldilocks dose would be around 3-3.5mg which is much higher than i thought id be only 2 months into reta. I'm annoyed so remember that when you do this stuff yourself...you have to triple check all the things every single time. Don't be stupid like me.

Mistakes happen and we all learn from them. I hope that you're feeling better soon!

Welcome to the forum, welcome to the gray life, Happy Mother's Day!, annnnnd I would look at the bright side of your accidental higher dose – you may have inadvertently skipped the weeks of no-appetite-suppression-or-weight-loss that many people endure when switching from Tirz to Reta.

PS. Keep an eye on your heart rate; as long as it's normal, any other side effects can be dealt with 💜
