I am a low responder to Glp/appitite control peptides and wonder if anyone else feels to be the same. Have you just jacked your dose up? Have you experienced side effects? Have you found something that works for you? Do you have an idea what causes it? I’d like to hear from more people with the same experience!

I've seen medical professionals say that low vitamin d has been linked with non-responders. I started taking vitamin d and magnesium and I used to think I was a slow responder but now I seem to be responding really well! Worth looking into!
Thank you I was just about to add vitamin D anyway! just curious what dose were you at before you added vitamin D if you don’t mind sharing?

I was on 5 mg and didn't feel a lot of suppression, maybe for a day or two. Now I am on my 4th week of 7.5 mg and I have a hard time eating more than 800 calories a day, I've even considered lowering my dose or moving fully to Reta. I do stack about 2-3mg a week of Reta but there isn't much suppression there. I also added Cagri which is worth trying! I notice strong suppression even when I don't pin Cagri!

I also recommend using d3 + k2 because the k2 helps you absorb the d3. Also adding a magnesium supplement aids the absorption as well. Eating with a little fat is recommended as well, I just add a fish oil with it! That way you're getting the full benefits!

Really interesting that vitamin D is involved in so many things

2.5mg dose didn’t do anything for me appetite wise but immediately noticed inflammation benefits. I do feel like I have to keep increasing dose to feel appetite suppression, currently on 10mg just did 2nd pin yesterday.

I am also considering microdosing Reta.

how has 10 mg worked for you? i’m currently running 10 mg tirz and 10 mg reta with 1 mg cagril. I am content at my dose still able to eat and have very minimal side effects!

It's going well but I don't feel appetite is as suppressed as it was when I first started at 5mg and 7.5mg. Thankfully I do have healthier habits since I've started this journey in March. This is why I want to start on Reta now to see if it does anything for me, although I hear not too many people have appetite suppression on Reta.

Still trying to figure out this all out haha.

And wow 10mg tirz and 10mg reta? That is impressive.

I am currently at 5mg weekly for reta. I started at 1mg and quickly noticed I could go much longer time periods without feeling hungry. Before reta after about 3 hours from my last meal I'd get hungry or at least get the urge to eat a big meal again. On reta, I could miss a meal and still feel ok. I didn't really start to get appetite suppression up until 4mg but it was minimal. I'd still be able to at least finish up the proteins in my plate. However, now at 5mg the fullness feeling really kicks in quick. I even feel a little nauseous while eating now. The nausea stops right after I stop eating my meal so not much of a concern if at all for me.

The food noise has been a problem and to a certain extent still is at 5mg. I find at 5mg the noise is now bearable but still lingers at times. To be fair, I also stopped eating 3 hours before bed since I'm taking tesa/ipa at bedtime. You can easily make the argument I have a new found "will" to fight the noise to ensure optimization of my bedtime protocol. So it's really hard to say reta at 5mg is the primary driver at reducing my food noise at this point.
