Magic Spoon Cereal

Magic Spoon Cereal is amazing! A cup has 170 calories, 0 sugars and 14g protein! I haven't really been craving cereal, but decid3d to try a little. I had it with Fairlife ultra filtered fat free milk. The filtering gets rid of a lot of the sugars in the milk. This Cereal is excellent and comparable to some of the other healthier snack-rype foods out there.

It always got really stuck in my teeth. The only flavour I really liked was blueberry. Peanut butter was okay. The rest… ick.

i tried it, had a bowl... and threw out the rest.
doesn't even feel like food. its like air. might as well just starve.
Ill be fine with cheerios

I’d probably just have the regular cereal, no idea what this stuff is - but from the comments it sounds ultra processed and probably not super healthy despite the macro content being good

Or just eat a boiled egg, doesn’t taste all that good - but it kicks any cravings for me at least

They're not for me, but my kids love it. Pretty expensive, but way better for you than regular cereal.

I like the Fairlife protein shakes. 42g of protein for 230 calories. I would need 510 calories from this cereal to get the same amount of protein. For that amount, I’d be getting almost 90g of protein with Fairlife. And they taste good.

Tried it before and I'm not a fan. I prefer overnight oats.
