Hello, all good people: Started this longevity, peptide and bioregulator journey just over 5 months ago. Retired December 2025, so far, but not one to sit around so not sure how long that will last. I'm in process of digging my Rabbit hole, trying to absorb and learn as much as I can about Peptides and Bioregulators. I was a single parent raising kids and working FT for the past 22 years so Me time was a luxury I did not have for many years. Played all the sports as a kid, teen and then D1 football in college. Once in the working world married, family, then divorced and a single parent. Me time did not exist, nor did I make it a priority, So I was on the verge of being a dumpster fire. I became a fitness enthusiast probably around the age of 53. By 55 I had drunk the cool aid of CrossFit and honestly loved it. Covid shut us down and currently I am no longer active member of a box but still work put regularly.
I discovered peptides and then of course bioregulators June of 2024 when I was researching Stem Cell/Exosome therapy for Osteoarthritis in my left knee. Dr. showed me the bone on bone, advising I needed a partial knee replacement. Did NOT want to go that route so here I am. Had the stem cell treatment. Then had Exosomes this past May. In my search to self-repair that knee and assist the exosomes with peptides I've discovered this whole wonderful PEPTIDE/Bioregulator world. And honestly, I cannot get enough. It's no longer just about the knee but overall health and longevity.
So that is why I am here. To learn, read, listen to those with more knowledge and experienced then I currently have. To leverage your experience to educate myself.
My current thought process is peptides will be a staple for the rest of my life just like eating clean. Bioregulators as well but probably to a lesser extent. I also want to educate myself on the most cost-effective means to maintain this lifestyle going forward and that is more of an educational process as well.
Wow did I go on a tangent or what. Sorry for the long winder intro folks.
