Maybe Reta is starting to work, but I’m still a bit confused

Good morning everyone. I’m continuing this log. Yesterday was day 6 and I took another 0.5 mg, but after a few hours I felt hungry as usual. So, before going to sleep, I thought about increasing the dose and bringing it to 2 mg per week, split into two administrations of 1 mg. Therefore, I took another 0.5 mg shot just a few hours later. This morning I felt a bit of nausea and a sense of heaviness in my stomach. So I ask you: could this be a sign that the drug is starting to work? However, if I think about a nice pizza, I do feel hungry. I read that many people actually forget to eat. That’s what confuses me. What have your experiences been?

You seem to be having a common side effect from Reta and the other GLPs. As long as that's the only variable you've added and no other compounds/supplements/or crazy foods. This may go away over time and you'll adapt (it may not like it hasn't for others) It's common for Reta take a handful of weeks before it locks into place and the magic to start working. But this varies for everyone and at various dosages.

Mild nausea for me when I started at 1mg and going into 2mg and now I rarely have it cruising on 4mg.

If I may suggest, stick a basic dosage schedule. Shouldn't be necessary to taking it multiple times a day. I think you have a solid base with split dosage twice a week. I myself started that way and now just do it once a week at the 4mg.

You are just starting out with the peptide. Retatrutide must build up in your system. Your first month or so of use is to prepare for the full effects of the peptide.

Continue reading this forum and consider learning about the clinical trials for Retatrutide. Be patient and consistent.

first 8 weeks or so is a low dose just to introduce yourself to the peptide. Too much, too fast and side effects.....especially increased resting heart rate......could jump. You are on such a low dose. I have not tried Reta but all my research has said its the king of all 3 GLPs so don't worry. I have read it really starts to work between 2 and 4mg.
I have also read that Tirz is a better appetite suppresser than Reta. You could always add Cagri in a few months. A known appetite killer........and careful not to overeat. When I overeat i literally vomit and more for a day, sometimes 2.

There's a common and persistent belief that the only way to lose weight is to eat less and that the less you eat the more rapidly you lose weight. That simply isn't true.

I understand this is a hard belief to shake, but consider: If it was just about how low you dropped your caloric intake, there would be no reason to favor reta over sema or even tirz. The other two clearly suppress appetite more than reta, yet on average lead to inferior results.
