Looking to get a idea of best Med spa PEPs. appreciate your imput .

-Vit B12
  • healthy skin and hair stuff
  • amino blends that work well

*also is there any support NOT blending GHK-CU is same vial with others ? Or seperated injection time? direct copper inter action lowering overall efficacy?

Thanks

For B12, oral supplementation is usually just as effective, unless you need a faster load due to major deficiency. There is also B12 in a lot of the protein drinks.

Most docs will order B12 bloodwork if you ask.

Mixing peptides into the same vial, even in popular protocols, is definitely not ideal, except for convenience and avoiding multiple injections.

If the peptides aggregate, the risks of an immune reaction can only increase. So it would be safer (or less worse) to add two peptides to the same syringe (like GHK-Cu and KPV....or BPC-157 and TB-500). A minute in a syringe is not a lot of time for them to mix, let alone interact and aggregate. And you would have two syringes/injections for KLOW that way. So seems like a good compromise to me, while allowing variable dosing for each peptide.

Also:

GHK-Cu is famous for being painful or "spicy" at the injection site. Keeping it in its own vial allows you to dilute it with more Bacteriostatic Water to manage the sting without diluting your other peptides.

Yeah, that is another concern with mixing in a vial. But adding to a syringe (that may already have KPV) seems fine to me regarding copper ions, assuming immediate use. And, of course, KPV should reportedly help with any sting or ISR from GHK-Cu.

yes , that is my general understanding as well.

With regards to GHK-cu it sounds logically and anecdotally that its effects (collagen) works great with the klow group...That being said it has a 2 hour half life so i have been taking it separated by 4 hours with any other peptide. there is some information that while it is active copper can (effect ) lessen effects of other peptides while in its active stage. So while they are good to take generally together that taking them at the same time may not be as advantageous .

Thoughts ?

I don't know, but that is interesting.

Certainly, spreading the timing out would help lower the endotoxin load. So with my two-syringe plan (which I haven't tried yet), I would ideally take one syringe at least an hour earlier.

if you find out anything about this interaction and timing please let me know

thanks

I use a good quality methylcobalamin in a dropper under my tongue and it works well. In the past, pinning B12 hurt!
