1. Use either the nominal value (30mg), or you can use the averaged tested values (33.2mg for example). It's up to you. I always use the nominal and just take the extra as a little nudge in dose. You cannot weigh vials, empty, with powder, etc. and expect to get an accurate mg peptide content. There's absolutely NO way to do this, for a variety of reasons.
2. Sure, you can use the same syringe, but each time you stab a vial that needle gets a tiny bit duller. After two stabs, it might hurt going in. Three stabs, and no thanks...
