Mindful meditation - it's what you need

I've noticed a significant amount of members want stress/anxiety relief , as well as sleep help via peptides, and I think that's great if it works. If control over how the external world affects your inner physiology is important to you, I cannot recommend mindful meditation (Mindfulness) enough. It is a super power, and much easier to do than you might think. Literally minutes, and you have changed your world for the better. You become calmer, and learn to disconnect external stimuli from getting you riled up. You learn to develop an on/off switch which you can eventually deploy not only at will, but without even realizing you are doing so. Imagine being calm and happy all the time, and when stressors come at you, they deflect like water down a ducks back - that is what i'm talking about, and that it how i've experienced life for the past 25 years - zero stress, sleep like the dead, I swear. Here;s a nine minute short version guided mindful meditation by Sam Harris, who I like because he doesn't introduce any religious, or new age aspects into this; this is purely scientific for him, and it is reproducible for anyone. If you like this, there's plenty more, he also wrote an excellent book, which I recommend, and he has a few longer versions as well. Ultimately, you can simply learn to develop your own version of this, which is portable, and can be deployed anywhere, anytime.
