The weight isn't relevant. You have to get to 15%bf.

If it's someone close enough I tell them pretty much the exact same thing about mystery powder from China. People less close or who I know are going to try to lecture me I just say Ozempic. People who I don't know well or don't like I usually whip out the old "yeah, it took brain cancer to finally get my in shape" with as dead serious a look as you can imagine and they usually just shut up and go away lol.

I also once told a banquet crowd of about 60 people that it was all a result of a renewed dedication to my true life's passion: Competitive Masturbation. 🍆
