I swear most of the time I can barley get myself to eat. Then a few days a month I am RAVENOUS. I always doubt like…is it not working anymore??? Do I have to increase my dose???? Then it goes away and I can hardly eat again. I do honor my hunger and eat a decent bit when it happens because I am steadily losing 2-4 lbs weekly and want to avoid metabolic adaptation. But it’s a weird feeling lol. I don’t think it’s progesterone because it’s typically weeks before my period (progesterone spikes the week before typically)

Anyone have this experience? What do you chalk it up to?

I am also on 7.5 mg Tirz and 3mg reta, adding Cagri a couple times a month.

YES, I don’t know what’s going on with that either. I’m at 6 Tirz and .82 Survo. I’m fine with it as it hasn’t affected my weight loss and I’m like you, I don’t want to screw up my bmr so I eat through it. Curious to see what others have to say about it 👍

I can't remember ever having a craving for full-bore sugar soda-pop. But recently I been buying a single bottle. Then I drink about half. It may be days until I drink the rest. I may have said it before, it's all about the calories. I've backed off from 20mg to 10mg tirz. Fewer side effects. Still loosing weight. It's all about caloric deficit. I don't eat alot of anything. I may get craves, but it doesn't take much. Between tirz and my gut biome, they have eventually trained me.

Get them sometimes after just eating few hours before bed. Then im like. Wtf get a hold of yourself. And it goes away. Drink more water when it happens. Water tummy=not hungry lol

Drinking water is always a good idea!
My Dr. says that's how fat is evacuated. Through urine.

I have been doing that exact same thing the last few weeks. I don't even crave sweets anymore but I gonna have a half bottle of Coke once in a while.

In my early days of Reta, I would get crazy hunger. No clue why though.

On days i pee more i always drop. Which isnt directly correlated to how much i drink. Like forgot the exact day but i drank just as i was thirsty instead of crushing my normal gallon and a half. And was peeing once every hour. Dropped three pounds next night. Bro science? Voodoo? Powers of fergie and jesus? Who knows

I'll get the hungries a little bit from time to time like you said, but they either subside on their own, or I eat a handful of nuts or carrots, and then I am good for 2-4 hours...

I’ll occasionally get a crazy intense hunger pang. Usually early in the morning but it passes by itself rather quickly so I’m able to ignore it.
Even way back when I was on wegovy I’d get it 🤷🏼‍♀️

To bring perhaps some humor, I only get that with the gummy. I call it the battle between Reta and the gummy. The gummy always wins unless I’m on my high end of Reta.

That's pretty fucked up, people going all reddit and triggered with the mentioning of a real qualified medical doctor.
I didn't even speak of percentages. But let's think about this: loosing 50 to 70lbs. @ 85% wouldn't one have to do some sort of house cleaning with 85% of 80lbs with "airborne fat?"

Did you say 20mg of Tirz?? Oh My...

You should stick to your moniker and stay mythical and reclusive.

We consume around 1900 gallons a second of fuel oil, 160 million gallons a day… I don’t see people running around mopping up all the “airborne fuel.”

Fat is mostly triglycerides made of carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen. Through the mitochondria triglycerides are broken down, through the ATP/ADP cycle energy is converted for the body to use, leaving the primary waste products of H²O and CO² at roughly a 16%/84% ratio. You mostly pee out the water and breathe out the carbon dioxide.

That was covered in high school biology.

I ain't going anywhere. I'm here to learn.
So how does one loose weight by exhaling something lighter than air?
Does the fat bind to the CO2?
When we belch carbon dioxide, wouldn't we get fractionally heavier?
Help me out. I only went a mile to school.

That's the right attitude.

If you burp carbon dioxide, or anything, you'd be lighter.

To broaden your thinking about mass and energy conversions. Ever seen decent sized fire?

These pictures are 50 hours apart, the white things in front of the pile and to the extreme right of the picture is 20lb propane bottles. Where'd all that mass go? There's millions of pounds missing between the pictures.

Wood is also primarily made from carbon, oxygen, and hydrogen. ~95-99+% of the mass is released as gases (also carbon dioxide and water), ~1-5% remains as ash/unburnt minerals and such.

This may seem off topic, but it's all a part of the carbon cycle:

To expound farther.... where does most of the tree's mass, excluding water come from?

Plants use sunlight as an energy source to grow sequestering carbon from the atmosphere building biomass. Cows eat grass for energy, we eat cows for energy, we "burn" that energy, releasing the carbon back to the atmosphere.

We are solar powered and fat is our carbon based battery.
