Wow!! That increase from the ipa/tesa is very impressive. I didn't know it could work that well. Did you do it 5 days on 2 off or every day?

I was very impressed also. I did a 5/2 split. I have a problem with pretty much anything that has water retention as a side effect. I hold a ton of water on GH and GH secretagogues. Like 10-13 lbs. of extra water. The two days off always gave my body a chance to drain the majority of that water off.
 
I found this guide to hgh replacement dosage useful, aiming to get hgh levels to normal in people who need it and was a bit surprised how low the doses were compared to what people on meso were using
1mg hgh = 3iu
Age <30 years: 0.4–0.5 mg/day = 1.2-1.5iu/day
Age 30–60 years: 0.2–0.3 mg/day = 0.6iu-0.9iu/day
Age >60 years: 0.1–0.2 mg/day = 0.3-0.6iu/day
If you are taking hgh to help maintain muscle mass during weight loss or to reduce visceral fat , then you might want the doses to be a bit higher than maintenance, but at least this was a useful guideline to start from, rather than the bodybuilding doses from meso, which are 5 to 10 times these.
Checking blood sugar is essential and adjusting doses on igf-1 levels makes sense. if you already have or are at very high risk of cardiovascular disease , it would make sense to be more careful. Long term consequences of supplemental hgh in humans are not really well understood, but long term high doses are almost certainly a bad idea. General medical opinion recommends against hgh supplementation, for aging or metabolically induced low levels, as the uncertain benefits are outweighed by adverse effects and poorly understood long term consequences. But there are small human clinical trials showing benefits on muscle mass in older persons. And studies in people with unequivocal deficiency from brain injuries etc, show improved subjective quality of life with hgh replacement.
