Mots-c confusions

It's not a stimulant, so it won't feel like your pre-workout.

How do you feel at the end of your workout ? The same or do you feel you could do more ?
Thats what I have noticed the most is not a burst of energy or anything prior or even during really. But I feel like I can keep going and what I am doing is much easier or slightly faster at the same effort or less effort as previous.
 
I just started Mots-C today, and my plan was to do 5mg on M,W,F as recommended by Dr ChatGPT. However, after a little more reading, I'm seeing people do 1mg/2mg daily. Is there a reason why people do it daily?

What is the timeline to start feeling the results and effects?
 
50 yo male here. 2MG, Mon-Wed-Fri with .5 MG KPV mixed in to deter ISR. Definitely not a "stimulant" boost in energy, but more of a sustained, all day energy. Basically can start the day at 6AM and get through to the evening time with out feeling burned out at the end of the day.
Did not start with SS-31 or NAD+. Also, didn't notice till the buddy pointed it out, seems to keep the hangovers away from the weekend nights. Lol
 
I'm 46 female and have a history of lethargy since I was in my 20s which worsened with age. I started methylene blue (5 drops of 5%) about 3 months ago and that increased my energy a good 30-50% at first but my body got used to it so it feels like the effects have become less noticeable maybe to 25% more energy than before it.
I started Mots (250 mcg) last week and I feel the same effect as MB, 30-50% more energy. I haven't ran SS-31 yet but will start soon when it arrives. Time will tell how I feel overall later with all 3 but so far decent inprovement taking mots and MB.
Is it ok to ask your methylene blue source? If not please forgive me. I have methylene blue but I think I got scam stuff and haven't been able to find a source I trust.

I got mine from Amazon - Nootlyn brand with a lab analysis photo (which like many pep sellers might not mean anything). I can't say if the quality is the best or not, but I opted for 5% instead of 2% and read the reviews on a lot of the options until I found one that seemed most legit. Probably not the best approach but I do feel it works.1000054827.webp

Im on week 6 of a cycle. Started with 1mg per day in the morning fasted for 5 days in a row 2 days off but then I switched to days that I train which is usually 4-5 days per week. I experimented with dosing 1 hour before working out (around 7pm). Felt great doing this but ultimately settled on dosing in the morning.
 
I’ve been pushing 50mg every other day. But something new I pinned in my thigh today and for the first time got a really hard lump that was raised, Almost like it didn’t go deep enough. (That sound so dirty). Not to mention the stinging sensation was the worse I’ve experienced. Anyways it’s now 10 pm and lump is still there. Other than this one bad pin, I’ve experienced really good energy from it. After reading some replies I might be over doing it lol but it gets me amped . 🤷‍♀️

50mg? Is it mistake, and you mean 5mg?
 
40 yo female here...I just started nad+ and have noticed an increase in clean energy. Nothing over the top but no afternoon tiredness. I have ss-31 on the way. I plan to run that for a week then introduce MOTSc to go for the stack method. Im hoping to skip the fatigue. 🤞
I also want to chime in with my NAD+ experience, which is similar. Nothing stimulative about it, but just a noticeable increase in baseline energy levels throughout the day. I alternate days of 2-3 mg Mots and 50 mg NAD.
 
i did stop MotsC since 8+ days and i still can feel all the lumps in the belly ...

any body tried IM rather than Subq ? do you still get lumps IM ?
