MOTS-C is SPICY

If this helps with energy with triz then sign me up. I have been in a slump. Even C4 work out powder doesn't give me energy. Check the PH on the mot c it would he interesting to see. Also I wonder if you could add sodium bicarbonate. 0.5ml to buffer. I use it to cut lidocaine before injection.
How are you determining how much Sodium BiCarb to add? Using a calculator or just a Rule of Thumb which led you to 0.5mL?

I cut 2% xylocaine 1:100,000 parts of epi with 8.4% sodium bicarbonate. 5ml of sodium bicarbonate to 50 mL of xylocaine. That is the ratio I use for minor procedures but it shortens the life of the bottle. I use regular Bac for all peptides. So do some research and ph test. But the ratio should be the dame 1/10

Interesting. Appreciate the response, I don’t have much understanding of those products. I’ll need read up on those more.

That's a numbing agent used for minor procedures. Definitely no expert on peptides or a pharmaceutical expert. Just my personal experience

Still doing great for me for energy! I tried reta for a moment and really didn't like it (although was noticeably less tired than tirz), so I've hopped back to tirz + mots-c and I am not anywhere near as tired as I used to be with tirz. I'm about to start a cycle of SS-31 plus MOTS-C and see if that amplifies energy even more. I still don't have much, if any, stinging with the MOTS.

This is great. I wanted to try this before tesofensine due to the stim affect of teso. Which vendors did you look at for the mots-c? I mean did you stay with US or overseas providers? I

I'm pretty much down to only purchasing through PGB which uses a vendor not accessible to individuals (for all peptides, not just MOTS). If you're on Peppys there is a lot of good vendor info and you could definitely ask around on there for recs!

I was coming here to search about this very thing with Mots! It is spicy. My first injection was on Saturday and it left a welt the size of a quarter at the injection site. Burned like a mother trucker. This morning I went to inject again, had a dull pin (wtf?) so it didn't pierce the skin nicely, so I redrew with a new syringe. Well that tiny amount that went in my skin left a small welt like I was bit by a bug. I didn't reinject with the new syringe. I got scared lol.

This is normal for people to have a site reaction like this?

I don't react with tirz.

I don't know if it's "normal" per se but it's definitely not a rare occurrence. Some peptides are known to burn or leave an ISR. What I found helped was diluting with more bac and applying pressure to injection site for about 10 minutes, preferably with a cold pack. I still had a red spot after but it wasn't as pronounced and didn't hurt as bad after. The discomfort also didn't last as long when I did the above.

I'll try your suggestions. Thank you! I used 2ml of BAC, maybe next time I'll do 3. Saw one site recommend 4ml and that baffled me. Maybe this is why lol

You could also check the pH, I'm curious if different types of buffers may influence the pH of MOTSC and potentially explain the ISRs.

I used MOTSC this morning with only 1mL to dilute the 10mg (I previously said I was using 3mL) and I got only the smallest sting. I do get a small red reaction (like 1 cm diameter) sometimes, but it goes away in less than an hour. I'm using XYX (the anonymous vendor through the PGB group buy) and haven't tried any other vendors for this pep yet, what is your source?

I purchased mine from Peptide Crafters.

Finished a round of SS-31 and just did my first MOTS-C dose this morning. They need to put a disclaimer on all the guides and protocols that this one has some bite to it! 😂 After specifically searching for "MOTS-C burn" on various forums I saw that this is pretty common. Needless to say, I'll be including that on my searches whenever I look up new peps lol.

Is there a list for "Peps that bite back" anywhere? 😂

The bite is not even the worst part about it. In my experience, it leaves a little lump that takes forever to go away.

There was a thread where I was talking about my cagri experiences along with a few other folks but it's gone. Not sure what happened to it.

Anyway, I stacked for 9 weeks. Started at .25, then .25 up per week until with minimal effects until I hit 1mg. That dose hit me hard, and I had the worst gastrointestinal side effects from these types of meds to date. Stuck to .75 from that point on, which provided good appetite suppression and minimal gastrointestinal distress. I did eventually notice it was making me very tired though. I'm taking a break from it for a while for that reason.
This was helpful for me. I put cargi with sema and it was way too much. It blocked me up. balance in dosages is very important.

I'm now stacking 1.5mg tirz 1x/week with 100mcg cagri 2x/week though I think even this may be too much for me and will drop down to 1x100mcg next week. Cagri is very strong for me. The downside is I will never make it all the way through a vial.

With the MOTSC, I don't have issues with fatigue on this stack.

I just started it and didn't feel much from 300mcg. I'll give it a few weeks though. I do wish more places sold it in 5mg though. Most of what I've seen is 10mg.

Cagri has a minimum half-life of 6.5 days. You could probably cut that to one dose.

Ahh as usual, it's all dependent on the researcher. I don't think I'd be able to eat if I took 300mcg at one. Are you stacking or taking it on its own?

I see a lot of 5mg actually, and yet I wish places sold it in 2mg! I'm lobbying vendors to consider this. If you need additional 5mg sources let me know.

Thanks! I'm aware the half life, but I was splitting the dose I wanted to take into two injections, which is fairly common. Now I've learned my target weekly dose should be lower, for now at least!
