motsc reaction

Same here. I've got the full kit in the freezer, but will likely never try it. I'm okay with managing my sometimes welts and itching with GHK-cu, as I know that is worth the effort and mild discomfort. But Mots-c is so edge case for folks who've had success, I just don't want to even risk any reaction for what will probably not even be a measurable benefit to my health.
Reckon whatcha want for the mots c? Is it 10mg? Id buy it for 60% of ur cost or trade ya sema 10.... im an honest man, mots keeps my blood sugar down and im not a narc. Dm me. If i have reta 10 ill do that, but most my reta is 30 and costs me way more.

Yes, a microdose of tirz! I though maybe something else did it so I re-attempted. Same pain again. Weird, right?!
I got the same reaction after 4th daily 250mcg of bpc+tb. First time, nothing. Second time a little tingle in my lower back. Didn’t think much about it. 3rd time I felt a shirt dull ache that went away relatively quickly. 4th time, dull ache but it didn’t go away. 4 hours on it’s slowly dissipating. Not dehydrated, slept well.
I’m beginning to think it’s not the active ingredients but rather poor quality filler in the peptide.
Won’t be doing that again.

Yikes! I take 500mcg Mots no problem.
Interestingly enough, I just started microdosing Tirz and almost immediately after the 0.5mg pin, my right lower back got a sudden pain. It lasted 3 days and faded. I thought maybe it was a muscle spasm so I pinned 0.5mg 4 days later and sure enough, again! It got me worried so I searched all forums for similar reactions. Another girl who microdosed it and ended up in the ER with the same symptoms and was diagnosed with kidney hydronephrosis.
So here I am in urgent care as I type this. Urine and blood samples plus kidney ultrasound for now. The doctor doesn't seem to think it is related, but it seems otherwise. I felt it right after the pin plus that other anecdotal.
This is odd. Trying very hard to think of how tirz could cause one sided lower back pain twice after 2 injections, and really cannot think of anything that really makes sense, but just because some random person on the internet and I am guessing in advance, the ER doctor cannot think of an explanation either, does not mean it is harmless. It most likely is, but happening twice is enough for it to checked out, and it sounds like that is already happening.

I cannot think of any reason tirz could cause hydronephrosis either, which as I understand it is caused by a blockage to the outflow of urine from the kidney causing the kidney urine collecting system to swell up, would presumably be caused by kidney stones or tumours etc. Very hard to see how tirz could have any effect on it.

The things I would be concerned about are all very unlikely, but the problem is unusual. One is the tirz is not tirz, but mislabelled, cannot really see any of the other chinese peptides doing that either, but not impossible. 2 is it is some type of reaction to something in the tirz or bac water, if it was the bac, then it would be just as likely with any other peptide using the same bac water, and if the tirz , then a contaminant or endotoxin is possible. or 3 an odd very minor systemic allergic reaction, but not remotely typical. 4 just for completeness a nocebo reaction after getting an odd effect from the first injection. and most likely of all , no idea, but maybe something.

The question then is , is it safe to keep using it? It would probably be a good idea not to. Might be worth getting a totally different batch of tirz and trying a dose of that, but if it happened again I think at that point you might be tempting fate to keep using it even if there is no useful explanation for the cause. Are you very overweight? The tiny dose suggests you might not be, not being able to use it would be a more serious problem if you were using it to treat severe obesity and just starting at super low doses. But I guess you could just use reta instead, cross reactions to GLP drugs are rare.

Good to know. It is my 1st time using tirz so I thought it was that. I should probably try a different vendor's and see if that works better. Thanks for that info!
I went to the dr. and they ran tests. No kidney issues thankfully. I was worried about hydronephrosis because someone else who tried tirz had the exact same reaction and she got diagnosed with it from using tirz. Not sure who her vendor was, though.

Hi, thanks for that comment. For sure it was not the BAC because it was hospira from Farris labs and I use it will all my.other peos no issue. Apparently it wasn't hydronephrosis after a kidney ultrasound, urine sample, kidney function panel through bloodwork, and urine culture.
I think it may be the fillers so I stopped using it after the 2nd shot. I am skinny fat just teying to get rid of the stubborn 10 lbs nothing seems to work (diet, exercise, intermittent fasting, high protein, diealed in macros, etc.) It did drop me 2 lbs. a week after the 2nd shot, after which I completely stopped. I plan to try a single vial from another vendor to see if that does the trick but giving my body a couple of weeks to reset and clear the slate to try again.
I did filter, too - so no clue what it was - maybe endotoxins(?)
I will report back when I try again with a different batch.
Thanks for your input. Much appreciated!
