Hallo und guten Morgen, ich bin 72 Jahre alt, 188 cm groß und hatte im Januar bei Beginn meiner Therapie mit Mounjaro 2,5 mg 131 kg, Das ergibt einen BMI von 37. Zusätzlich hatte ich einen erhöhten Blutdruck von 160/90. Deshalb hat mein Arzt mir die Therapie vorgeschlagen.
Zwischenzeitlich habe ich gezielt meine Ernährung umgestellt und regelmäßig Sport gemacht.
Ich bin nun in der 16. Woche und spritze z.Zt. 7,5 mg, das nun schon die 3.Woche.
Von den Nebenwirkungen habe ich von Anfang an so gut wie nichts gespürt, lediglich ich habe einen kurzen Schwindelanfall, wenn ich mich bücke und dann schnell wieder aufrichte. Das hat sich etwas verbessert, jedoch ist es auch hinnehmbar, da der Erfolg schon gravierend ist.
Ich habe bis jetzt 21 kg abgenommen und fühle mich gut.
Mein Blutdruck ist jetzt 120/80
