So I currently do split dosing of Tirzepatide. 3.5mg Tuesday at 8am and 3.5mg Friday at 8pm. I notice the day or two after I dose I am tired and my workouts aren’t as good. Lately, I’ve been feeling more tired overall and for longer, and I’m definitely not eating as much (about 1200 calories a day). I have a mud run on Saturday, 5k with 17 obstacles, and am definitely not dosing Friday night, but I’m wondering if I should skip Tuesday too. For reference I’m 35 y/o female currently 210, SW 240. What would you do?

Yeah, I would lean towards skipping both injections.

Biggest concern is often dehydration and not getting enough electrolytes, even without being on GLPs. A big thing where I live (in Arizona) is pre-hydration, even without doing anything nearly as taxing. It can only be easier to pre-hydrate with less GLP in your system.

Also:

Consuming additional carbohydrate calories (often combined with a tapering off in training load) in the final days before an event is a good idea.

Every gram of glycogen stored in the muscle binds with approximately 3 grams of water. It is completely normal—and actually beneficial—to notice a slight increase in scale weight during a carb-load. This extra water is released during the event, helping to maintain hydration levels as glycogen is metabolized.

I'd do Tuesday and just move friday's to Saturday. have fun with the run! I'm doing my first fun run in June and I'm excited.

What is that?
Methylene Blue...go on to You Tube and dive into this amazing stuff. You can get it liquid drops or capsules, inexpensive and very good, clean energy, focus....I wish I had researched it sooner.
In a nutshell, it is excellent for mitochondria support excellent for cognition and stamina.

I love the stuff but after running it for about six months I bet my brain is blue forever. My toilets are still stained! It definitely worked to boost my energy though. I used to use MitoZen bars.
